I was walking around the shopping center and decided to try Bibibob I was greeted and when I checked out the manager Trinity told me about the app and how I could get my first bowl free.
Updated:After posting this, I contacted the home office and shared my frustration. They quickly wrote back and addressed the issue. Outstanding customer service. I've happily changed my review to 5 stars!The bowls are so yummy, but I'm not able to order online, because the Korean BBQ is not an option for the Kenwood location! It's an option for "extra" but not as a main choice!?!! Please fix this. I have two other bowls that I can order online, but this one ingredient is not listed....read full review
