Manager told me to use online when I didn't have a phone when my card was declining and i showed my account was positive. Wow I wouldn't have been offended if he atleast came to the counter and helped. Not to mention there no place to plug my phone. Guess he doesn't like

Updated:After posting this, I contacted the home office and shared my frustration. They quickly wrote back and addressed the issue. Outstanding customer service. I've happily changed my review to 5 stars!The bowls are so yummy, but I'm not able to order online, because the Korean BBQ is not an option for the Kenwood location! It's an option for "extra" but not as a main choice!?!! Please fix this. I have two other bowls that I can order online, but this one ingredient is not listed. Please help! I'm now leaving my home to stand in line, instead of picking up. ??

It's a good place for a healthy type of food and you can have a well balanced meal and we had the Tofu and Chicken bowls with the yum yum sauce and with extra teriyaki it's deliciousVegetarian options: In one bowl you can have carrots, cabbage, broccoli, super green salad ,tofu and kimchi style so no worries it's the best place for the vegetarian

I do not exaggerate when I say that I have been to this place perhaps a dozen times over this past summer. It's tasty, healthy, fresh, and filling; you don't feel bloated afterwards, you feel full. The service is always friendly and kind. They now know me as a regular because I visit so frequently. The ambiance is light and calming, never too loud or crazy and never too quiet. I've brought two different friends from out of town here, and they both loved it. I hope you will too!
