After having ordered my cakes at the wrong location and speaking to an incredibly rude lady at the wrong location, this store (the correct location) was very sweet and nice. Both of the ladies at this location I spoke to were very helpful and understanding. They even apologized on behalf of the rude lady I spoke to at the wrong location. Great customer service goes a long way, especially when you’re a new, sleep deprived mom. Thank you for your kindness and help!
OMG I wasn't expecting to be blown away, but these are the best cakes I've ever tasted in my life. For Christmas Eve with my family I ordered the white chocolate raspberry Bundt cake and it was decorated adorably. The workers are so kind when you go and pick up food and very helpful if you have any questions. I've never tasted any cake more delicious ... it's such a moist amazing cake. First time buying the large cakes, I git chocolate of course and the cookie n cream cake. Both were very good. I dont usually eat yellow cake but wanted to try it, it was amazing too just like the chocolate. Even almost 3 days later and it is still so moist and delicious. Definitely worth buying again. Thank you for a delicious dessert on Easter.
