Their food is absolutely amazing! The hummus is so good and fresh--doesn't even taste like what you buy at the store. I highly recommend this restaurant for their amazing food and exceptional service! Love supporting a locally-owned restaurant!

I went with friends over the weekend and everything we had was delicious. We had hummus, chicken schwarma, chicken tawook and baklava. it was all incredibly delicious and I cannot wait to come back for more. go and support this amazing owner and have some incredible food!

Based on the reviews, Five Star Mediterranean Restaurant is a small, unassuming place with street parking only. The family who runs the restaurant is very friendly, attentive, patient, and accommodating. The food is delicious, very fresh, and super flavorful. The beef shawarma sandwich was excellent, with crispy caramelized beef and a wonderful spice rub. The gyro platter was done well, and the mixed platter had a great portion size with some of the best falafel. The hummus is perfectly seasoned, and the chicken shawarma sandwich was delicious. You have to try the Lebanese Lemmonade, with added orange and mint. The restaurant is clean and has the wonderful smell of Mediterranean spices in the air. The menu is simple and executed with care. While the food seemed a little overpriced to one reviewer, the overall experience is exactly what is hoped for when going out for food.
