Chuck E. Cheese's Reviews
My family and I have been to this branch several times and so far we've always had a good experience.
My daughter and her friends met here recently for a playdate.
They had a lot of fun.
Took pictures with Chuck E. Cheese mascot and danced.
Prices are reasonable including the food.
Great and safe spot for kids and their families to hang out.
Our food was messed up and I know that I couldn't get a refund, but it's okay. Hopefully next time they make our Pizza, the way we want it, the extra large stuff crust with pepperoni, and then one Pizza was a supreme, extra large stuffed crust.
To many birthdays parties/tables at one time, tables are close together, with so many kids. Four parties at a time, with some parties having 13+ kids, is stressful, overwhelming, and cluttered. That's not including the families just there with their children. It has to be overwhelming for the host as well, trying to cover multiple parties with so many children. Chuck E. Cheese is a restaurant where kids can have a good time. The atmosphere is great and suitable for children's parties. The food, such as the cheese pizza, is surprisingly delicious. The restaurant has a variety of games, including skeeball, which many children enjoy. The interactive dance floor with Chuck E. is a memorable feature for little ones. The place is generally clean, and staff members are helpful, though sometimes flustered. The prize system has some issues, with unclear point values and expiration dates on passes. The facilities could use some cleaning, as the floors can be sticky. Despite some drawbacks, kids tend to enjoy themselves at Chuck E. Cheese, and many find the experience surprisingly enjoyable even without animatronics or token games. The restaurant has also made positive changes in recent months, including better food service and organized parties. Overall, it remains a fun spot for children to celebrate and play, though visitors should be prepared for some chaos and not feel pressured to stay long if they get aggravated easily.
