Trash, and pretty suspicious this establishment only decided to have a police officer stand guard when African-Americans and people of color started to enter the place where two hours prior there wasn’t any there was no police. Want everyone to spend money at your place of business maybe don’t Arm the front doors when it’s supposed to be a family friendly environment. Will never come here again. And the birthday party packages are ridiculous and not worth the price

Not bad or good this location does sit in the middle for me I will say there was less games the service was ok it took about 30 minutes to get my cotton candy and the staff was nice maybe add more games? Either way this location is ok its all I can say for my own experience

The disappointing experience at Chuck E. Cheese this evening was characterized by subpar service and uncooperative staff. Our attempt to seek help from the manager, (DeeDee) resulted in further frustration dueto their discourteous demeanor and lack of empathy towards our concerns*Stop taking food order 2 diffrent times.* Tables were not clean.*Salad bar was uncenitary.*Food and utensils were on the floors.* Partially eaten pizza behind the cash register.* A line of ppl were left at the register for about 5 minutes until the staff member returned from the back.* Was told we would not get a party host with our party due to being short staff.*Staff member were playing games during our party.* Parents nor children we're checked when leaving.* Chicken was undercooked.* The buzzer that was given out for food was not working properly. One of the staff members that was playing the basketball game came up to us and said you didn't get your food yet? We said no our buzzer didn't go off. He said oh , your food been ready.VERY dissatisfied with this establishment!3/7/2024 The GM was called! I have videos and pictures.I wish they would allow me to post on here.

Haven't been in decades, now first time for my kids. They had a blast! Chuck e came out and danced as well. As much fun as my kids had, it made for a great day!

Standard Chuck E Cheese experience. I feel like the arcade is a little small for days that it gets packed, but it was fine the day we were there. For the price, going to another arcade or Main Event provides more value. Cost 150 for 1 hour arcade for 4 kids with one large pizza and 4 fountain drinks. Probably won't be back just because of the price.

It was a fun time for my one year old, but very frustrating any time we dealt with staff. Employees seemed to not want to be there and I noticed a few on their phones watching tik tok and on FaceTime while cleaning tables and collecting trash. We didn’t even get prizes at the end after waiting in line at the end for a little while because thew worker kept walking away away and taking forever. The most concerning thing was when we left an employee was by the door and we were waiting to leave but she didn’t bother looking at our hands. We just walked out and 2 other families did behind us without any problems!
