“When you walk in, all of the staff say “Good morning!” with smiles on their faces. It is impossible to leave this place in a bad mood. First, the food is always good and fresh, exactly how you ordered it. I have been several times with my son; The general manager and all staff go out of their way to make him feel special. It’s his favorite place to go and has quickly become mine, too! The service is always fantastic. The staff genuinely care and establish meaningful connections with their patrons. It’s honestly the best Waffle House I have ever been to. I cannot say enough great things about this place. Go check it out for yourself and let them make your day, too!“

“my husband and I had breakfast at the original pancake house this morning/afternoon the place was delightful lots of family's this morning the food was absolutely delicious and let me tell you I got the eggs and pancakes 🥞 it's was enough for 3 people yes I got a go box we are having breakfast burritos for dinner the staff was fantastic and sweet. we will be back soon“

“I was previously getting taken of by Megan and she was getting overwhelmed by the bar and outdoor seating at the same time. I asked for black coffee twice I felt I had to repeat myself so I did and she still thought that I only wanted water so I was sitting here for 10 minutes wondering where my coffee was. Let alone she thought “I only asked for water” maybe because she rushed me. i just asked for a new server and was immediately accommodated by Chloe which was super attentive and helpful. Not rushing my order at all unlike Megan and Chloe made me feel like I was being heard rather than just treated like anybody else. Chloe had impeccable service hats off to her! Mickie the manager immediately came up to me without even introducing himself and tried apologizing for what HE did? Which wasn’t his fault, but he made me feel uncomfortable and apologetic. I will definitely be back, thanks guys you did a great job!“

“I love the food at first watch. Its always great, their new stuff is always a good bet but so is regular menu. I get Benedicts often and their Hollandaise sauce is perfect, creamy, savory, and not too tangy. I love their options for drinks. They have a array of fruity refreshing drinks to choose from. All of which have been great that I've tried so far. I love the one with lavender and pea flower tea.

I would recommend looking at your carry out as I've gotten their stuffed French toast and everytime, its skimpy on filling. I imagine they add more at the restaurant for looks.

The 3 different locations I have been to have always been clean and well kept. Bathrooms are safe to sit on. No ick feelings.

I'm always greeted with enthusiasm and feel welcome. The servers have been hit or miss but we all have bad days so I don't mind as long as they are friendly which they always are. I can tell they are trying when we've had bad service, just flustered or busy.

The place can be a bit loud but the booths are cozy enough that I can always hear and I am hard or hearing when my tinnitus acts up.

Overall its one of my go to brunch places though they excellent lunch options to. Great place to meet friends and family or even to take a business lunch to.

“I don't eat out very often, but have always enjoyed the service and quality food at First Watch. This morning I asked the hostess to check the balance on my gift card. Due to a systems problem, she couldn't do this, nor could they accept my gift card in payment for my meal. (Not a problem) When my friend and I paid and prepared to leave, the hostess gave me a First Watch gift card "to make up for the inconvenience". These folks know how to do Customer Service. Also - hope you are able to remove the nonsense posts that appear among your reviews.“

“My friend and I always enjoy eating at Anderson First Watch but this morning it was especially nice because of our waiter Jordan. He was friendly and attentive. When he delivered my friend's food, he told me he sent mine back because it didn't look up to standards. He then brought me the potatoes so I'd have something to eat while they redid my omelet. I'm grateful for people like Jordan and his supervisor who came out to talk with us. They remind me like if good.“

“Just passing thru the area, saw their menu offered something all 5 of us would like. Biscuits and gravy, omelets , waffles , yogurt parfait and Carmel iced coffee. Everything was amazing and delicious. Amy, one of the owners stopped by the table and chatted with us. Our server Christiania was very prompt and friendly. Highly recommend! If I’m in the area again I will stop 100%“
