Amy, Manager at Cracker Barrel in Cold Springs, Ky impressed us with her friendly demeanor and willingness to take the time to ask our table if the food is to our liking. Outstanding food and staff (Server/Manager) interaction. ( 5 Star) rating re: the excellence in dining atmosphere and quality of food.
Best Pecan Pancakes. The service was a little slow. I'm sure they were low on servers.
Food was very good but wait was horrible. We arrived at 11:00 am on Sunday and were told the wait would be 10-15 minutes. 50 minutes later, we were seated. Once seated, we waited almost an hour before our food arrived. In total, we were there for 2.5 hrs. You are better than this Cracker Barrel.

The staff is attentive, with some servers requiring more training. Prices are reasonable, and the watermelon lemonade is a highlight. The restaurant has improved recently, with servers like Rylie and Towanda providing excellent service and ensuring guests' needs are met. Towanda's singing was also appreciated by one customer after a long day. The restaurant continues to strive to make customers' visits pleasant and enjoyable.
