“I placed a curbside order on Saturday (Dec. 20) and like the handful or previous orders it was a very positive experiences . This review is motivated by two things that stood out most..one very positive, and one minor. The minor issue is the only reason I didn't give 5 stars..

First, the service as usual was excellent..My order was brought out to my car within seconds of arriving, and the woman who delivered it was friendly, smiling, and professional. Based on her attire and demeanor, I believe she was a manager. Seeing a manager personally bringing out curbside orders during a slower part of the nigh really speaks volumes about leadership and brand representation. Most guests rarely see managers unless there’s an issue, so this level of visibility and willingness to step in builds real customer trust. It sets the tone for the entire restaurant and shows pride in both the team and the guest experience. Most guests are local to this area, so restaurants are not only serving guests but serving the community they are part of...The food itself was great. I ordered the New Orleans Cajun Chicken Pasta, and it was cooked perfectly—the chicken was tender, the pasta flavorful, and the dinner rolls soft and fresh.

That said, I do want to share one small concer... While the pasta tasted great, it was served in what looked like a large soup-bowl-style to-go container. Visually, it resembled a side dish or small salad rather than a full dinner entrée. I understand portions are based on weight and not container size, and this may be more perception than reality but when paying around $20 for a pasta dish, it's rather disappointing to get something these size of a michelina meals..Having ordered this several times in the past it seems as if the portion was cut in half half.

Overall, this experience doesn’t change my positive view of O’Charley’s. The food quality and service were exactly what I expect, and I’ll continue to order here understanding now to as a result of increase in coss order two meals instead of one.. As well as excellent leadership and service that deserves to be noticed even when most people wouldn’t.“

“My wife and I went to this restaurant today, after a great recommendation from one of my employees. This place is absolutely amazing! The food is fantastic, the atmosphere is wonderful, and the service is completely top notch! Literally better service than I have received probably ever, and we go to A LOT of restaurants. Literally, my wife’s napkin fell to the ground and after I picked it up, the lady who was the host to us seen it and brought her a new one. Drinks did not run dry, and every single member of the staff was helping out and conversing with us. The owner and chef even came out to shake my hand. What an absolute gem in Cincinnati. This is a place NOT to miss out on. And don’t forget to order the cornbread! Hands down the best I have ever tasted. We left and wished we were hungry again and could turn around and go back inside.“

“The chicken is the best in Kentucky. The green beans were country style and awesome. Then the mashed potatoes with bacon and pepper gravy was awesome also. I definitely recommend this place. Just had the chocolate pecan pie with bourbon sauce with butter pecan ice cream, that was the best I ever had.“

“My husband and I had a great experience at Libby's. We ordered the sampler which was juat okay. Our biggest gripe with it was that the pork belly was overcooked and too chewey on the deviled eggs. The goetta balls fine in the sauce they were served with but, the fried green tomatoes stole the show. The sauce had a slight kick that paired so well with the fried tomato.
For the main course we had a Hot Brown and Shrimp with grits; both of which were rich in flavor and took oir taste buds to a new level.

Dessert included hot served bread pudding with apples and Honey Pie. The pudding we will be getting again soon. The Honey Pie was a new and interesting dish. If you're looking for pie that is custard-like , similar to pumpkin pie but with honey flavor, order this.

Service was friendly and available without being pushy. The atmosphere was relaxed. We'll undoubtedly be returning soon.“

“Great neighborhood spot to get some really good fish and chicken and homemade cakes and cobblers I highly recommend you check them out. Fresh made to order battered fish and made to order battered chicken tenders and the coleslaw is really good as well.“

“I have been her numerous Times! Always great!! Today … not so much! The “ manager” was rude and down right mean!!! I have gotten the mini croissants for parties many times. They are ALWAYS PRE CUT! I ordered 36. She would not cut them and they stuffed them in a bag too small and many were smashed flat….. not the look I wanted for the shower I am giving!!! How disappointing!!!“
