Robert At the Cold spring Panera in highland heights is the best. he always has a big smile and looks so glad to see his customers come in. I really appreciate him and look forward to seeing him when my husband and I come in in the mornings. him and a cinnamon crunch bagel really makes a good morning.
This Panera is literally the best part of my morning. Rob and the ladies in the morning are some of the kindest people I have ever met in the food service industry. I always allow myself plenty of time in the mornings to grab my coffee and chat with each of them. The store is more modern than any of the other Panera location around, and they have the self service kiosk which is nice for sip club (Crestview does not have this).

Did self checkout, was not noticed once during that entire process to be greeted. Resturant was empty at the time and very dirty but did notice the staff coming to clean outside area and trash bins once we got our food.

Panera Bread is a pleasant and convenient dining establishment, offering a self-service order system and reasonably priced menu items. While the parking can be confusing, the setup is excellent, and the staff is generally helpful, though some inconsistencies in order preparation and customer service have been reported.
