This location has gone so downhill. I get places are understaffed but it shouldn't be as bad as it is. You basically have to place your own order on the kiosk. They don't even call your name when your food is ready so it's just getting cold. I love Panera but this location needs some love and attention.

Tried to order on the kiosk. Kept getting errors when using gift card. Then went to cashier and had to reorder. They had almost nothing that the kiosk said they had. Cashier just laughed about it. We left.

We came through on New Year’s Day, which is today. We got here Around 11:15 am, We ordered a sandwich, mac & cheese and soup we get out of the light My fiancé find a hair in his sandwich. We waited 15 minutes in the drive-through, and then the girl that came and open the window. Try handing us the food we hadn’t even paid yet. There was a line behind us, but we waited 15 minutes for somebody to come to the window to take our payments/our food and so he went back in and now we’re waiting in additional 15 minutes. We paid $30 for our meal!

Check your order before you leave the drive through. I was missing a sandwich. Tried to call to let them know but phone was busy for hours so I even tried messaging them on the website. No response. When I went back for another visit they refused to give me credit for the missing sandwich. I understand mistakes happen but I’ve never had a manager not try to make things right. She wouldn’t even come to window. Guess they needed that $8 sandwich more than me. That’s ok because I won’t be back.

No humans. Sat at front for 2-3 minutes without greeting. Everything done via a computer kiosk. Then at the end they ask to tip the team. LOL. I did all the work and saw no one. Can I tip myself? Or maybe get employee discount since I'm working the cash register?

First time at this Panera. Very pleasant place. Used the self service order, and it went fine. Not as pricey as I expected, will visit again.Parking: It is confusing to make the correct turn into the parking lot. The first left is actually an exit-only so you have to skip that and make the second left, which goes around the back of the store. Kinda inconvenient.

Went in only 6 people in the whole store ordered my food at the kiosk and waited 25 minutes for a bagel and bowl of soup several people came in after me and left and still waited for my food they would have informed me of an issue I would have understood but they didn't and then when I finally went to get my food the manager was very rude told me I picked up the wrong bag and I said okay and she practically threw the bag at me and lo and behold it was the wrong bag she ended up giving me someone else's I will never ever go back this place sucks

I love that Panera is so close to home but there is a reason why it’s never busy. I haven’t been in a couple of months but I was craving a salad. Wrong dressing and size. I could have made that at home.

Employees don’t care here. Each time I return I say I’ll give them one more chance. Went in at 8am on Sunday morning and the girl making the bread said I was the first customer. The store was dirty. Food on the floor and counter, obviously from the day before. No thanks. I left. I even paid for the order and bailed.I think I’ll call corporate and tell them how this particular location is bringing down their name.

It pains me to write this review because I love Panera Bread. Unfortunately this store falls short of PB standards. I've been a regular customer on Saturday mornings for some time now. The store is usually filthy from the night before. Evidently there's no cleanup crews. The food is good unless you want something hot. There are several items on the beverage menu that are not available but no mention on the menu. Even after ordering. I look for this store to close.
