My family loves LJSMy order was mixed up and I could not get anyone to pick up the phone so the next day I went in with my receipt and they made it right. Of course I ordered another salmon bowl. “Oh, it's nice enough - there's a fun play area for kids, some indoor space and some outdoor seating if it's nice. There is a drive through, but when I ordered, I was directed to come around to the front to wait for my food. My nachos were ok, a little too much salsa for my preference, and well covered with everything, but I wouldn't get them again. I think it's mostly known as an ice cream spot, which they serve the Hershey's brand.I think the biggest draw is that they have a lot of choices - not only ice cream but floats and ices and sudaes and burgers and bbq. Definitely some fun options here, but not super high quality.“
“Unique restaurant with an environment unlike anything else. Food was very good with unique flavor profile. The chili has an interesting cinnamon sweetness that was good and lots of cheese aided a classic coney dog. Service was good and friendly in a diner setting. If you're in the Cincinnati area, it's worth a stop at one of these locations.“
“Had 3 of us for lunch. Walked in and right up to the counter to order. Crowd followed us in for typical lunch rush. We got our drinks and waited for them to call us for our meals. About a minute later they called us and walked over to let us know they didn't have enough ready for the full order and were waiting on a fresh batch of chicken to come out in about 12 minutes. They asked if it was ok to serve all of us at the same time. No problem. Food came out hot, obviously, and was quite tasty. We all had 3 or 4 pc dinners. I had the season fries and the boys had Mac and cheese. The fries were great, Mac and cheese was bland they said. Lobby area is a little boring but was very clean and attended. “I looked at the reviews and I don't know how some of them are bad. The service is friendly they treat you like family and they also have great bread. Like a subway it is clean and they are great at sanitizing. So I would recommend eating here.“
“I like eating there and it's great place. The only problem is is when I try to order my food and I just say I would like to have a chicken bacon ranch just the sandwich. The person on the headset says do you want fries with that I'm like I just said just the sandwich. I don't understand why they don't understand what I'm saying. It always have to ask if I still want fries. If I wanted fries I would say with fries. That's the biggest complaint about that particular gold star and also, if I order bacon like two strips of bacon I should have two full strips of bacon. Not one and a half slices of bacon to another words. I'm getting ripped off on my bacon when I go there. Not cool.“
