So many of the Popeye's in the greater Cincy are inconsistent with quality and service that I stopped going. “My wife and I love wendy's! However last time we went we got terrible sticker shock. Their Biggie Bags have gone from $5 to $6.00 and their mini frosty key tags have gone from $1 to $3.00.
