“I have nothing bad to say about any experience I've ever had at this subway. The food was good, the staff was friendly and the restaurant was clean. I DO take issue with subway as a whole for discontinuing the rotisserie chicken(my go to order always) but that has nothing to do with this great location.“
“We heard good reviews about Chicken Salad Chic and weren't disappointed! Our grandson ate the whole side of broccoli salad, the bacon off our sandwich. I personally thought the bread was too thick for kids sandwich but he's only two so worked out in the end. Tomato Bisque was delicious and we had chicken salad from the savory menu!!“
“I went in tonight and was flustered getting my five family’s specific orders placed. But all three employees were patient, kind and helpful. I ended up getting two of the same sub by accident and they were so kind in encouraging me to get the order right. It was just really nice. “My first time visiting Cincinnati for my son’s away game, I decided to make a stop to the Jersey Mikes. I was greeted upon arrival and everyone had such great manners and hospitality. There was a teenager I think they called him Tay, he was amazing. He made my Kahuna and it was perfect, good manners and personality. “Creamy tomato soup! No one can make it better than these guys. Pair it with a hot sandwich, I got the fig and goat cheese sandwich and asked to add mushrooms to it. SO GOOD! It's all I wanted on a cold rainy weeknight. The service is fast, you can be in and out within a few mins. I'd recommend dining in instead of take out since this food is at its tastiest when hot. The location in Newport is perfect since there are multiple seating options - inside and outside. You can also go catch a movie after a quick bite or take a walk by the river. The staff was friendly, made recommendations and were happy to modify my sandwich the way I liked it. I will certainly come back!“
“My teenager loves Subway and even though I live in another city close by with it's own Subway, I always go to this location. Their sandwiches are always delicious, the staff is always very friendly, and I never have to worry about missing toppings.“

“This was located near the campus of Northern Kentucky University. Never had Firehouse Sub. I was very pleased with my choices. 1. To eat here and 2. Having the meatball sub. Clean dining hall and bathrooms. Staff was working hard and was very friendly. The sub was delicious. I will definitely eat at another Firehouse Sub.“
“We come here usually when we are in the area. We always get sandwiches to go. Sandwiches are made fresh and quickly. And we are on our way very quickly without delay. The staff is always friendly and courteous. We've never had a problem and they've never been out of any ingredients we've been there.“

“I came to carry out a couple of subs for lunch. I hadn't been there since pre-covid. Prices then we're a little high in my opinion. I did get a coupon which pulled me back in. With all the price hikes, this place is no longer very expensive. It's about normal. The subs I had were amazing. I had a Reuben sub. The Corned beef, sauerkraut, cheese and sauce were great as expected. That bun was outstanding. Without a good supporting bun, the sandwich is no good. This one was amazing. So I had a really good experience coming back in here and will continue to do so. The restaurant looked nice as well. The staff was very busy but they did a good job.“
“Good experience here.I put in my order online, because I was marginally curious after seeing Subway's commercials for its new "fresh cut" meat. But having placed my order online, I wasn't able to see if it was cut in front of you like at a proper deli, or if it's just cut that morning as part of their daily prep.With a couple minutes to spare before my order was expected to be ready, I went inside. Dining area looked clean & there were a handful of other people eating/in line. I approached, with my phone in hand, & the guy behind the counter assumed I was with Door Dash. I told him no, I had just placed my order online & he quickly retrieved it (there's no rack for orders like you might see at other locations), & I was on my way.Everything was prepared correctly & tasted good.“
“I ordered through the app and the food took a little longer to prepare but the person preparing my food triple checked everything to make sure it all was correct and made sure I didn't want to add anything else. The sandwiches tasted great and they even gave me a free cookie for it taking a little longer to prepare.“

“Went here yesterday for their charitable day and it was JAM PACKED. The girls working the register and front of house were incredible. They dealt with nasty customers with grace and handled the pressure very well. They paused during the chaos to try to help me locate our office's order after a long wait time and I am very thankful. They deserve a raise!“
