Everyone's happy you're there serve you with your new standard for a subway experience. Your favorite sandwich you know and love is elevated with the freshest bread, meat, and vegetables around. “I ordered through the app and the food took a little longer to prepare but the person preparing my food triple checked everything to make sure it all was correct and made sure I didn't want to add anything else. The sandwiches tasted great and they even gave me a free cookie for it taking a little longer to prepare.“

“First penn station I’ve went to that was different then my usual. The place was super clean. I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door. My food was made right. It was made fresh. And both the man and women with the wrist brace on made sure my sub wasn’t sloppy. I didn’t have sauce dripping all over or meat falling out. The drink dispensers were clean and free of old sticky pop. Both were quick friendly and it was an overall great experience.“

“Okay take this with a grain of salt. Maybe even the heaviest grain of salt. But I ordered a meatball sub and they had a deal going on or is buy one get one so good deal awesome for them. I also only get two subs from Subway, either the tuna sub or the meatball sub. Which if you've never ordered them they are probably the most questionable Subs you can get from Subway they are either great or disappointing no in-between. Today I ordered a 6-in meatball sub not only did it come perfectly moist perfectly toasted perfectly topped exactly how I ordered it. But unfortunately I was unable to get the doordashers name who delivered it he was amazing super fast super nice food was awesome service was awesome time was awesome love this place“

Let me tell you — the subs are GOOD! The new Chicago-Style French Dip is seriously impressive. Flavorful, satisfying, and definitely worth ordering. And the Memphis? Very, very good! 👏🏾

The Mac & Cheese could use a little more attention, but the regular salad is actually really good and fresh.

Now let’s talk about the sleeper hit: 🍍🍋 the new Pineapple Upside Down Lemonade. And the pineapple upside down cheesecake Those are keepers. A signature drink in my book. Definitely something I’d come back for.

But what really stood out to me was the management. I had a few mix-ups during my visit, but instead of brushing them off, the management stepped up and made sure I was properly taken care of from start to finish. That kind of customer service matters.

So overall, I highly recommend this location. Great food, a standout new drink, and management that actually cares about the customer experience.

“I jumped over to this store right after checking out wandering monsters breweries opening night. Right as I got to the door I realized it was 9:00 PM and they were pretty much locking up but the guy and girl working were super nice and accommodated me so well by making food and allowing me to get an order in, even though I was a minute or two after closing. It’s great to see there’s still good service around and people that care and are super nice. The manager of this restaurant should give a bonus to those two working tonight because they really made my experience great where as I’ve been turned down many times when it’s close to closing time.
