“The most amazing customer service & delicious sandwiches! I placed a very large catering order that turned out perfectly. The staff was so amazing in communicating with me to help me decide on how much food to order/ what to order. They made the process so easy, everything was ready for me right on time, the amazing staff brought it out to me, and every single sandwich was done exactly right. “Went here yesterday for their charitable day and it was JAM PACKED. The girls working the register and front of house were incredible. They dealt with nasty customers with grace and handled the pressure very well. They paused during the chaos to try to help me locate our office's order after a long wait time and I am very thankful. They deserve a raise!“

“I ordered through the app and the food took a little longer to prepare but the person preparing my food triple checked everything to make sure it all was correct and made sure I didn't want to add anything else. The sandwiches tasted great and they even gave me a free cookie for it taking a little longer to prepare.“

“It's basically a Subway or Jersey Mike's. The staff were very friendly and they do have very fast delivery if you are in their delivery area. They are a little pricey but not much different than Subway or Jersey Mike's. I recommend it“

“The subway is very subway but the 5 stars is for the woman who works there- we come after karate class probably once a week and she has been there every time. She is nothing but friendly and wonderful and attentive, she remembers my kids' orders and is patient with them. She makes this place the 5 star.“

“I haven't eaten at Penn for long time my last experience was horrible. However, I just finished at this one in newport and I must say everything from the service to the food was absolutely excellent. The four crew members were awesome, attentive and great at everything. I never do reviews, but these kids deserve it!!!! Tea was fresh, fries not burnt subs excellent!!! Well done !!!“

“I jumped over to this store right after checking out wandering monsters breweries opening night. Right as I got to the door I realized it was 9:00 PM and they were pretty much locking up but the guy and girl working were super nice and accommodated me so well by making food and allowing me to get an order in, even though I was a minute or two after closing. It’s great to see there’s still good service around and people that care and are super nice. The manager of this restaurant should give a bonus to those two working tonight because they really made my experience great where as I’ve been turned down many times when it’s close to closing time.
