“The owners work really hard and they stay so kind and humble, they used to only work every shift by themselves, they hired help, and let me tell you that this new worker well she might not be new, but she's new to me, and she is just as kind as the owners, I had a pickup order at Walmart and decided to come in and get some dinner, I was having a bad day and a very busy day and she absolutely made it better with her genuine kindness... I would highly recommend the subway to anyone who like subway because customer service is outstanding, something very hard to come by nowadays...keep up the good work and congratulations on hiring an employee who cares about her customers and restaurant while you aren't there?“

The service was beyond comparable to other restaurants along with how delectable and well prepared the food was. The place it self was so clean and such a homey environment. “Nice clean place ,the food was fresh and the subs were very good. My only problem which wasnt anyone's fault but I had a little hard time ordering because the sweet young ladies was of different nationalities but it wasn't too bad, they were sweet and kind and we worked it out pretty easy. I pray the whole world could do the same!!

“I went into the store to order because I was somehow unable to successfully use Jimmy John's website online ordering system after trying for 20 minutes. The employees were very helpful and very (freaky) fast. The food was great, including their new (to me) side of garlic pasta salad. The layout of this particular store emphasizes food to go, with a busy drive-thru window. There is a small dining room but not much else in the way of ambience. My experience with this JJ was really good overall, but the JJ website was confusing and often unresponsive.“

CRAVE PENN STATION !! I'll add thst the Downtown Cincy location "hooked me up" on the chicken in my Teriyaki Chicken Sub. WOW - I easily got 3 light meals outta that 1 sub - NICE !

Parking: Plenty of daytime as well as early evening parking spots in the lot. A lil bumpy in some spots and holy in others but not too bad.

Wheelchair accessibility: 3 businesses in one plaza with wheelchair ramp located opposite side as Jersey Mike's location. Not far from the door but far enough to be noticeable especially since there is patio furniture in the path way it might be difficult for larger wheelchairs to traverse easily from ramp to front door however I could be wrong as I'm a walker and I for some reason seen this and remembered it when maps asked me to review it a week later. Cheers!!“

“The subway on Turfway was run by a lovely mature couple. The store was immaculate. Everything was freshly chopped. They were very friendly. I guess while I was in Florida they retired! The store still looks clean. New employees are courteous. We will see after time goes by. Wishes prosperity for the owners
