“Firehouse Subs is one of our favourite sandwich shops that we know of. This particular location is semi new and although we've gotten takeaway from here a few times this was our first time eating inside. It's a very clean restaurant and looked very good. Also the staff was very friendly and the food came out quickly. I tried out their Italian Sub which came with salami, pepperoni, ham, provolone, mayo, deli mustard, and Italian dressing (it also came with onion, lettuce, and tomato all of which I left off.) The meats were all plentiful and delicious here as was all of the toppings. It was as good of an Italian Sub as I've ever had. The prices are more than reasonable and the sandwiches are super delicious. Firehouse gets a big thumbs up from me.“

“Horrible!! I walked in and a older man I assume manager took my order and because I was changing a chicken Parmesan sandwich he said very rude it's not a chicken Parmesan then.. I said just making it the way we want it. He said next time order online!!! I could tell the whole staff was aggravated with him and nervous. I will Walk out if I see he is working!!!! What a shame“

“I want to give praise to a woman that I regret not catching her name. She was working at the Aurora Subway August 1st 2024 at night. I do remember she had a red and black checkered bandana on. I don't know if she was a manager or what but she was hands down a beautiful soul. I went there with my husband and our youngest son and she was just amazing. She didn't make our food but she was so kind. My youngest son is six and he is autistic among other disabilities. He doesn't have many boundaries but he is non verbal and he doesn't like too many people. He definitely can't stand to be touched but somehow she was conversing with him and he was laughing and smiling and he even gave her a high five. This absolutely shocked both myself and my husband that he actually gave her a high five because she had no way of knowing he don't like to be touched. By the time we left he was so happy and it warmed our hearts so much. We have been many places were people are rude and not very kind to those with disabilities but she showed us that there are still really good people in this world. There were also two other young ladies there that took the time to make sure our order was perfect. I want to thank those other two ladies as well because they went above and beyond to take care of us. All in all we had a really good experience here and we will definitely be back. I wish there were more people in the world like them. It goes to show they may be hard to find but they are out there. Whoever manages this subway should be proud to have such a great crew. I just had to share this. Kudos and props to all of you tonight. Keep up that good hard work and thank you all so much for everything!“

“Always good, always pleased with how nice every employee is every time. Very peaceful, never too busy. We go in,my wife and our 2 sons, which are 2.5 years old and 3 months old and the employees are very nice to them. They seem like an excellent team, they call out howany customers are walking in just to prepare the rest of team and cooks. Man, actually being honest here, the most professional team I've seen in a restaurant in 10 years. They could run a 5 star kitchen, given the chance I believe:) anyways its great you should go, and dont worry they'll take care of you!“

“The Philly Cheesesteaks are awesome! My delivery was fast and delivered on time. The only reason that I gave 4 instead of 5 stars was the dozen cookie bites. They were broken and slightly soggy. I think they might not have been cooled enough before being put in the container. I can’t eat them because they’re gross. The sandwich was perfect.“
