The only way to improve was to bring the racetrack experience inside, turn up the volume for the starting bell and race call so we can hear it!“

“I was lucky enough to celebrate my birthday tonight at the Florence location! These girls went above and beyond to fit 12 of us in such a small space. The service was spectacular and they even surprised me with a birthday card signed by the whole staff!! You girls are absolutely amazing. Thank you for make it so special.“

“We went here for lunch today and our waitress name was Ellen and she was so very polite and sweet and there was another waitress we watched her with the other customers and she was the exact same way so they're so nice and the food here was so very very good and has my wife's favorite Reuben sandwich here. You would not be disappointed eating here All the employees even at the cash register were very polite too. They have different types of food here but they're all beef chicken and Turkey and I got a sandwich called Joe Walter name after retired Cincinnati Bengal player and it is turkey and Black Angus roast beef together and it's very good and their soups are so good too. They also have the best pickles they are garlic pickles and are so very good. Anyone that comes here would enjoy the food and leave with a smile on her face.“

“We went during the off peak hours. Food was still served fresh. Service was still stellar. Dining room was still very clean. Excellent Spicy chicken sandwich. Excellent fries. Excellent location. Excellent staff. EDIT 2025: Super busy. But service was still excellent and food came out hot, fresh and tasty. I got a #2 with large fry and drink and the total was still under $12. What a great value.“

“Mariah was most attentive! Eager to share her pasta knowledge with those less versed on the pasta front. Her dessert recommendations we're best recognized some hours post dinner by way of a late night kitchen trip - cake in jammies, well, you just can't beat that comfy food feeling in one's own nook nearing the midnight hour. Go go go...get your pasta fix - you might get lucky enough to meet Mariah!!“

“Giving 4 stars because my food was fine. But Maybe it’s the normal mood of this location to be a little more muted when it comes to customer service—The 2 girls working when I went in looked/acted like they went to the temp agency with 2 other girls and the other 2 got assigned jobs on Justin Beibers world tour, and they got “Potbelly in Florence, KY”.“

“I ate here for the first time two weeks ago in tennessee and I tried the jalapeno chicken, which is completely out of my comfort zone, absolutely loved it. I went to the one in kentucky. Yesterday and had another one, it was delicious. The kids love it as well“
