“I was lucky enough to celebrate my birthday tonight at the Florence location! These girls went above and beyond to fit 12 of us in such a small space. The service was spectacular and they even surprised me with a birthday card signed by the whole staff!! You girls are absolutely amazing. Thank you for make it so special.“

“We went here for lunch today and our waitress name was Ellen and she was so very polite and sweet and there was another waitress we watched her with the other customers and she was the exact same way so they're so nice and the food here was so very very good and has my wife's favorite Reuben sandwich here. You would not be disappointed eating here All the employees even at the cash register were very polite too. They have different types of food here but they're all beef chicken and Turkey and I got a sandwich called Joe Walter name after retired Cincinnati Bengal player and it is turkey and Black Angus roast beef together and it's very good and their soups are so good too. They also have the best pickles they are garlic pickles and are so very good. Anyone that comes here would enjoy the food and leave with a smile on her face.“

“We pulled off here on our way to Ohio to eat and use the bathroom. Jackson- the team lead was extremely kind and made the atmosphere welcoming. He asked us how our day was and I hope he forgives me for not asking how his was going. The food came out fresh and hot. Fries has the right amount of salt on them. 👌🏼“

“We showed up with a large party not long before they were due to clothes we had three waitresses helping us it was really great it was funny that they kept saying they were out of food and then they would bring it out it was a nice time and they were really good“

“Since there’s a lettuce parasite outbreak right now, i first ordered subway without lettuce. well they put it on my sandwich anyway. i ordered potbelly after that (i should’ve just done that first). and put on the special instructions “no lettuce plz, subway messed up”. and i receive my order with a note on the bag saying they gave me free cookies!!! thank you kasey from potbelly!! what a sweet surprise:)“

“I stopped by at Chick-fil-A and grabbed a meal yesterday for a lunch. The chicken was super fresh and crispy, and the fries were the best. Everything came out hot and my order was ready pretty quickly. The staff were friendly my whole stay and the place was clean too. Definitely left happy and full, will stop by again soon“
