“always have supported paneria but this morning not so much...had a mgr wait on my husband...she got our order wrong. .as for 4 sandwiches n only got 3 but were only charged for 3...didn't ask if needed condiments for the coffee....when paying was told not to enter a tip...hubby ask why n was told he doesn't get one...hubby ask about other workers. was told just enter 0 for tip...that's not a mgr I would work for.. dont know if will go back.“

“I had delivery and it was AI generated and it made me feel a little weird. I called back to the store to make sure that the driver had certain instructions so it would be easy for him and I spoke to a young lady and she provided such great customer service in her voice and her mannerisms and everything was so appreciative because I’m not a fan of AI. I know a lot of us are overworked and underpaid so good job to the Donatos on high Street“

“I feel like a secret has been kept from me...I did a search for "smoothie near me", looking for a healthy smoothie to take to my husband who was stuck at UC West Chester. Currito (what?) comes up on my phone so I follow the directions to Currito. I walked in to a sparkling clean restaurant and was greeted by a friendly staff member. Greeted. Friendly. I'm serious. I shared with this friendly staff member that I've never been to their store and I just need to stare at the menu for a moment. He offer to read off the menu to me. I'm still serious. I ended up ordering a Jimmy Carter and a Thai salad. I complimented the staff for their wonderful service and was then approached by Ashley, the manager, who thanked me for my compliments. No, really! It has been quite a while (maybe never this combination) since I was greeted by a friendly staff member upon entering an incredibly clean and organized restaurant who fulfilled my order to perfection and was then approached by a management staff who gave a care. I will be back. I will share with anyone who will listen to visit this restaurant who serves clean and healthy food because they care. They are doing the right thing. And they're killing it!! Bravo, guys.“

“Old Bardstown Crossing location :: I’m from 2hrs away and wanted something new and different while visiting my grandmother. This was a very refreshing option in a slew of bigger restaurants! The portions are VERY generous and everything is made right in front of you. Clean eating and doesn’t sit heavy on you. The storefront was clean and the two workers on duty were nice and always working hard.“

“A group of 5 of us from the UK tried Chick-fil-A for the first time here. Chicken strips and waffle fries were great and we had fabulous service from a lady called Kelly I believe. Very friendly and kept our dips and drinks topped up, thank you!!“
“I’ve been here 3 or 4 times now and the vibes are always good. I highly recommend going with a group of 4+ and bringing board games and card games with you. They sometimes have live music and trivia nights. Great spot for watching sporting events or just to hang out with friends.“

“I am so disappointed and embarrassed. I had family coming from out of state. 3 hours before they arrived we ordered a cheese pizza and grape walnut salad for our vegetarian family. We went to pick up the pizza 3 hours later. When we got back with the pizza,we found that it was a pepperoni pizza. The salad was not grape walnut, but it was topped with bacon. It was too late to switch out due to the fact that they were already waiting on dinner! So disappointed! I cannot reccomend them any more.“

“My food was okay. If it was hot or even just warmer it would have been better. Brisket doesn't taste too good at room temperature bc in starts to toughen up. I like mines tender. Maybe I got what was left over bc it was 6:50p and they were closing in about an hour. The customer service was great and friendly though.“

“Got there around 9:25 on a Saturday evening. Went inside to order carryout. Staff was friendly, we got our food quickly (even though the drive through was busy), and food tasted great. Floor behind counter was completely wet. Don't know if they just mopped it or if something had been spilled. In either case it looked odd--not something I normally see at Chick-fil-A.“

“It was pretty late at night, and we were looking for somewhere to get a good, filling meal after a long day. We decided to stop by Olive Garden, and honestly, we were pleasantly surprised!
The food was really good—flavorful, satisfying, and not too heavy. Everything tasted just right. Our server, Angel, was so sweet, friendly, and attentive. He was very thoughtful and did a great job with the timing, making sure everything came out at the right time.

“This has to be one of the best Thai food restaurants in America. Food flavor was fantastic, presentation and ingredients looked fresh. Order medium hot and the waitress explained their hot is pretty hot so I dropped it to their #3 option. It was perfect.
Service was 5/5!

“Very happy with my sandwich and soup! When something went wrong with another person with me's sandwich they didn't hesitate to make it right. They were apologetic especially since it was a sensitivity issue and they remade the sandwich without that ingredient.Fantastic staff, great food, and an overall good experience.I look forward to coming back!

“The Chick-fil-A on Union Centre Blvd. has fantastic food and drink options. They have taken the time to make sure that there is a centerpiece on each of the tables and they have a playground for kids. The store is kept very clean and the staff are courteous and friendly. The wait time for food is quick; within 5 minutes from the conclusion of placing my order I had received my frozen lemonade. This location is definitely worth visiting!“

“I’m surprised I missed the place! When you come in, it’s a throwback because they obviously were trying to go for the old-school deli look. “I love McAlisters but the pricing is getting crazy to feed 2 people. And I wish this location had a drive thru set up.
My food has been correct 90% of the time and has been delicious. The staff interactions I've had are mostly friendly and once in a while someone will be short but that happens!
I wouldn't say this is the most baby/toddler friendly place but its also not some where I'd say dont bring them to.
The entrance is not wheelchair friendly, there's no button to open the door but I believe i saw a table that was marked as wheelchair friendly.“

“We just had a great experience at this Panera. Inez was so friendly at the counter. She was patient and explained the best way to order and told us some about the different soups. She had a huge smile on her face from start to finish. I hadn’t been to a Panera in many years and thanks to her, I will be coming back to them again. The food was delicious and the dining room was very clean.“

“Had an issue with an online delivery order (ordered from the Panera Website with delivery service through Door Dash) and upon driving to the store when my order was never delivered they made it right by not only remaking my order but also offered a free drink and another free food item. Although I was told right away they aren't responsible for Door Dash I appreciate the fact that they understood the situation and made things right. Thank you.“

“Ordered online at the Fairfield Ohio store and delivery was to be picked up by Door dash. My pizza never arrived so I called the store. Manager was really nice and I was told that my pizza would be remade and delivered by a Donatoes employee with a credit towards my order. Pizza was hot and delicious. I only wish that I could remember the managers name so that I could give him credit on this platform for being understanding and professional.“

“Great atmosphere to catch our home teams on the Jumbotron and over 40 large big screens I kinda lost count, great appetizers, food, desserts and lots of beverage options let’s just say they got you covered. Super friendly staff and private event rooms for those important moments and memories. One more thing super clean throughout. All in Hamilton Ohio 🙌“
