“always have supported paneria but this morning not so much...had a mgr wait on my husband...she got our order wrong. .as for 4 sandwiches n only got 3 but were only charged for 3...didn't ask if needed condiments for the coffee....when paying was told not to enter a tip...hubby ask why n was told he doesn't get one...hubby ask about other workers. was told just enter 0 for tip...that's not a mgr I would work for.. dont know if will go back.“

“Donato’s on High Street in Hamilton Ohio was busy as could be expected on a Friday night. Staff was overwhelmed due to obvious staffing shortage. Older store design makes issues worse. Make table is in rear of store compounding the bad situation. Food prep worker cannot do some double duty waiting or even welcoming customers. Several customers left after long wait. Multiple dashers were frustrated waiting 20-30 min for food. Our own order was 25 min after online promised time. No menu board. Only video screen only played videos of food without description or prices. Only 1 menu was available and was 6 mo old ratty copy paper version. Store desperately needs hands on experienced supervision. On high note: Pizza was really great.“

“Old Bardstown Crossing location :: I’m from 2hrs away and wanted something new and different while visiting my grandmother. This was a very refreshing option in a slew of bigger restaurants! The portions are VERY generous and everything is made right in front of you. Clean eating and doesn’t sit heavy on you. The storefront was clean and the two workers on duty were nice and always working hard.“

“Booked a private room for my wife's 60th birthday party, the food was was awesome and they let us decorate the room and even allowed us to bring in food for the children. The bar was crazy busy due to the fc game but you couldn't tell in the room, it was quite enough for conversations with family and friends. Will definitely book again for our Christmas party

“I feel like a secret has been kept from me...I did a search for "smoothie near me", looking for a healthy smoothie to take to my husband who was stuck at UC West Chester. Currito (what?) comes up on my phone so I follow the directions to Currito. I walked in to a sparkling clean restaurant and was greeted by a friendly staff member. Greeted. Friendly. I'm serious. I shared with this friendly staff member that I've never been to their store and I just need to stare at the menu for a moment. He offer to read off the menu to me. I'm still serious. I ended up ordering a Jimmy Carter and a Thai salad. I complimented the staff for their wonderful service and was then approached by Ashley, the manager, who thanked me for my compliments. No, really! It has been quite a while (maybe never this combination) since I was greeted by a friendly staff member upon entering an incredibly clean and organized restaurant who fulfilled my order to perfection and was then approached by a management staff who gave a care. I will be back. I will share with anyone who will listen to visit this restaurant who serves clean and healthy food because they care. They are doing the right thing. And they're killing it!! Bravo, guys.“

As she began ringing up my order, I explained to her that I had only visited a City Barbecue 1 time a few back and was nit a pleasant experience, luckily it wasn't this location and since I was working in the area, I decided to give the restaurant/brand another try. Kiera gave me the experience to change my mind about this restaurant. After explaining to her that my Grandmother used to make the best corn pudding she offered up a sample and then offered two more samples of side items. I truly appreciated her customer service.“

“Having one line for actual drive-through orders and one line for mobile orders in theory seems like a good idea but at this location is not a smart one. There are hardly any mobile orders that go through this line, but the drive-through line is always eight or nine cars long. Everything is taken care of as usual, but saving one line for mobile only is not a great choice. Any other place that has mobile app usage takes care of them in the same line. You just have to specify who you are..“

“We attended for my father's birthday. Staff was extremely kind and patient allowing my parent the time they needed to sit. Our food was excellent and service matched. When leaving staff even held the doors for my father and step mother. They are a bit slower in their old age and your staff went above and beyond with their patience and understanding. “I am so disappointed and embarrassed. I had family coming from out of state. 3 hours before they arrived we ordered a cheese pizza and grape walnut salad for our vegetarian family. We went to pick up the pizza 3 hours later. When we got back with the pizza,we found that it was a pepperoni pizza. The salad was not grape walnut, but it was topped with bacon. It was too late to switch out due to the fact that they were already waiting on dinner! So disappointed! I cannot reccomend them any more.“

“I don’t always take time to make reviews, so when I do, it means I had a very pleasant experience. I was texting my friends. I was deeply impressed with the Pad See Ew. The flavor was awesome, and I always recommend people to get that if they are Pad Thai people. Chicken was tender, veggies had a good crunch from not being overcooked like most places. They use actual Thai chilies unlike the places that cheaply use red pepper flakes. Keep that in mind though: a 2/5 spice level is actually like the 8/10 at some other more American leaning places. What set it apart for me was the char flavor from cooking in the wok and the properly cooked veggies. The sauce was very nice too. So shocked at the 4.2 / 10 rating, maybe people just don’t know what they’re looking for in a place like this. The atmosphere was cute and friendly like a mom and pop. The server was kind.“
