Great pizza and good prices 👌
I had delivery and it was AI generated and it made me feel a little weird. I called back to the store to make sure that the driver had certain instructions so it would be easy for him and I spoke to a young lady and she provided such great customer service in her voice and her mannerisms and everything was so appreciative because I’m not a fan of AI. I know a lot of us are overworked and underpaid so good job to the Donatos on high Street
I ordered online my pick up time was 5:51. Arrived at 6:11 and was told my food wasn't even in the oven yet and would be 20 more minutes. U usually this isn't a bad location. But today they dropped the ball.
