“Love this place! Food is great and the service is even better. Our pizza was caught in the oven making a few slices damaged, the manager brought out the pizza so we didn’t have to wait longer to eat but also made a smaller pizza to compensate for the damage. The service is top level here!“

“I loved this place. Its a nice, cozy, and comfy coffee chop. It was my first time visiting but I felt like I knew the baristas since forever. They have a variety of pastries and drinks. There is a grab and go fridge. The food was fresh and delectble. Frindly and kind staff who made me feel welcomed.“

We were accommodated and moved to a corner interior table (without a smile or empathy). Then in an unusual and unfortunate situation, I had to use my coaster to kill a small bug on the corner ledge. This has not happened before and I assume it's just part of being in the world as there were no other occurrences. Nonetheless, It was a distraction. Food there is usually good. Despite economic challenges and tariffs negatively impacting our bottom line, we wanted to continue this tradition. This year, we provided a continental-style breakfast featuring Chick-fil-A chicken biscuit sandwiches, fresh fruit, and several additional items from a local warehouse store. Chick-fil-A delivered our food promptly, complete with all necessary utensils and serving supplies. A special thank-you to William, our delivery driver, who was exceptionally patient and kind. When I asked about signing the receipt and adding a tip, he explained that Chick-fil-A doesn’t process tips—but his excellent service deserves recognition. We want to express our appreciation to the Washington Township Chick-fil-A, operated by Marla Davis, as well as her Centerville (Cornerstone area) location. As a local Centerville resident, I find both restaurants are consistently efficient, and their employees are always friendly and professional. We highly recommend Marla Davis’s Chick-fil-A locations for any catering needs or any Chic-fil-A craving.“

“This location is absolutely horrible like the workers hate their job so bad they are always rude. The manager was so rude with me. He didn’t care that. I said I would leave a negative review. He made them charge me for a large bowl when I got a small bowl just because I wanted a little more noodles. I’ve been going to this location for over 10 years literally when they first opened only reason I came back cause I start working somewhere that was close to them again now I drive the extra 20 minutes to the Miamisburg location where I’m always treated like a valuable customer Stroop location would never give me sugar from the back for my lemonade, claiming they didn’t have any, but the Miamisburg location gives me a small container of sugar every time with no problem I hate this location and I will never return“

“The Vallarta (sirloin steak, chicken, and shrimp) Fajitas were very good. The chips and salsa were fresh and delicious. I was disappointed with the Sopapilla (fried flour tortilla, with honey, butter and cinnamon). The ones I've had at other restaurants were soft and pillow-like. This was just a tortilla fried. All in all I rate this a 4 out of 5.“

“Food was so good we forgot to take a picture before we devoured it! One guy running the place and he was great, smiling and polite. Food was fresh, nice and crispy crust, zero flop! If you watch barstool pizza you know what I mean! Sauces are really good too! I had the 11” thin crust with garlic sauce, pepperoni, ground beef, onions, mushrooms and olives for 10 bucks. “This is my first Superbowl back in Ohio and I HAD to get the boneless wings! Gotta give this spot props, they had a GATHERING of people to pick up orders, line of cars outside was bonkers. They were able to keep the heard together and calm while simultaneously keeping all the current orders bagged and ready to go the moment the customer paid. They have a txt system that works great, they ask you to not come inside until you receive a txt, that strategy clearly worked. Made what could have been a nightmare pickup into a seamless transition. Absolutely love this spot and appreciate the staff.“

Their time management is great, decent amount of people ordering yet they got through all of the orders in a very timely manner, plus with a smile on their face! Food is great & very affordable, always noticing new additions to their menu to best suit customers. Dani took my order and was super friendly, looks very happy as she works! Jake, the GM, checked out my order and even went out of his way to ask about my experience while I was eating. Definitely recommend to anyone, incredible service & great experience!“

“I'm a life long Dayton resident and used to love Elsa's. I wish now the Sheetz was going in. The quality of food has gone so far downhill this was my last trip to Elsas. Tonight the refried beans were dry and totally inedible. I mean beans hit with a masher and nothing else. No flavoring. No seasoning. BLAND Nachos had no salsa or sauce of any kind. Chicken, cheese, and dry beans. Chicken had no flavoring, no seasoning. Plain chicken. It was awful. And happy hour? What a joke. .70 cents off drink prices? I'd rather spend my money at Taco Bell.“

“My wife and I ate at this Panera location for brunch. I got 2 items from the hot handhelds menu. The food was very fresh and had lots of flavor. We both chose the “Pick 2” option so we could try more items from the menu. Overall, we are very happy with our Panera experience. We would definitely go back to this location. There was no line when we arrived.“

“The only reason that I even come to this particular Panera Bread is because of Miss Kathy and Anthony the assistant manager (I come for coffee after working 3rd shift at the hospital on the weekends).Miss Kathy and Anthony are the bomb💣....their customer ❤service is next to none. But today the manager on duty, let a dog come in here and be in the restaurant she told me there was nothing she could do about the dog being here in the restaurant. I even called 911. The dog ran around the fireplace. the woman said that he was a service dog and that he wasn't hurting anything (but his hair flying around the restaurant!!!!!!)but service dogs don't run around the restaurant. They sit in one place next to the owner.I love dogs but not dog hair in my food!!! LEAVE THE DOG OUTSIDE!“

“With all due respect, this particular store needs to get its act together! It is close to my office, the food is good, and so I go there (usually carry-out) at least once a week. However, in the last month, I have had my order screwed up three times! I am certain I am not unique, so how many other orders get screwed up? In the last month, I have had to return twice, once because the baguette was not included and today, because I didn’t have salad dressing. (Because of the prior incidents, I even checked that I had the correct salad before I left the store—didn’t think I had to look to see if I had salad dressing!). The other time was when I dined in, and received the wrong salad. I didn’t complain then. I’ve been to this store many, many times in the past and have never once had an incorrect order. Three times in a month—I would have to point my finger at management for lack of training, lack of quality control, or perhaps other issues. I have to wonder how many other customers have had issues with their orders, didn’t complain, and won’t be coming back.“
