I love e panera. My whole family does. But it seems as time goes on. Some of their food isn't as fabulous as it once was. They aren't consistent in food prep. Frequently out of bread that goes with their sandwiches. Which I find frustrating since its a bread restaurant. We usually get cookies last few times we have been. Ordered cookies (all different ones for that matter), and they have been rock hard. Like teeth breaking hard. Idk, we still go to all different it's frustrating...read full review
Stop by for coffee about 7:00 p.m.. typical Panera Bread which generally has a nice environment and friendly people didn't quite apply to this particular location. You can start with the guy behind the order counter with dirty dreadlocks. His serious lack of customer skills was appalling. But, I guess that's all we can get today. Coffee has changed. Used to have the best Caramel Machiatto! It is very bitter now. Sweet caramel is almost not there.There are so many good things to get. I frequently get their Orange Cranberry Muffin... so delicious. Bagels are always on point. No need for cream cheese on them, but still great! The pastry ring is so so yummy.Of course, their Broccoli Cheddar Soup is amazing with their baguette.Make a unique sandwich there. I like their Chibbalta bread on any sandwich.
