I ordered grilled cheese and tomato soup. The grilled cheese was NOT grilled. I think it was put in the microwave to melt the cheese which was so stuck to the paper I had to use a fork to remove it. The soup was fine, but of course I'm sure that is premade before coming to the restaurant. The past few times I have visited this restaurant I have had to pick lettuce out of bad salad, throw away turkey that had a grey tint to it, and now this bad experience. I love this location… they’re always quick with their service and happy to help. The manager Mercy is always so friendly and welcoming when I come in for my charged lemonades after the gym or my coffee before work. They are always so friendly here.

The food at All panera locations has gone down hill over the years so my wife and I tend to avoid it anymore. Not to mention the soups are made of seed oils which are terrible for human consumption but I digress. Since our kids like the Mac and cheese we occasionally eat here.
