“Upon entering I was taken back that only a mother and her daughter were in the establishment but no worries the service was amazing, friendly, quick, explained all the toppings and choice to my mother who hadn’t been in a while, and I tell you what Chad took great care of us. Chad when the ingredients were getting low said “let me grab you some fresh stuff I wouldn’t want the crumbles on my pizza” which showed how much he cares about what he does… we need more people like Chad in the work place and in general, patient kind and the pizza was hot delicious and fresh like always. Highly recommend this location in general“

“First timer! I was greeted immediately with an amazing smell and friendly staff. The massive menu has a lot of options and I’m certain there’s something for everyone. My order was perfect. I got the Italian with chips, cookies, and a drink. 🔥🔥🔥 I’ll definitely be back! 10/10“

“Yes they are back up to speed with a force. Return of the chicken parmigiana and the turkey hoagie. I had not been there for a while. We ordered both the above and a pizza for delivery. All came piping hot in 35 mins as promised. Great job guys.“

“I ordered a 4 cheese, and they brought me a ham and cheese. It was still delicious. I'll be happy when we can get rid of these masks and actually understand each other. I will also be happy when you can put the mayo packets out. I had to wait a long time to get it. Had a received the grilled cheese that I actually ordered, I wouldn't have needed mayo.“

“Food in atmosphere was great large menu with large variety of different soups and subs and shakes…bread was a little hard, but overall sandwiche still delicious Service was ok freshly baked cookies was very soft the new prime rib steak was a little tuff but packed with flavor 8.5/10“

“I work in sales and was just passing through, but I was pleasantly surprised by Kris the bartender! She was top notch! Quick-witted, funny, remembered people’s names, and went out of her way to make sure everyone’s order was perfect. She literally made me feel like I walked into her home and she was hosting.
Some of the best service I’ve had in 40 years - no joke! And even better, as a woman, I really appreciate finding another friendly woman I can sit at the bar, laugh, and shoot the shit with. Kris is an absolute gem.“

“The only reason that I even come to this particular Panera Bread is because of Miss Kathy and Anthony the assistant manager (I come for coffee after working 3rd shift at the hospital on the weekends).Miss Kathy and Anthony are the bomb💣....their customer ❤service is next to none. But today the manager on duty, let a dog come in here and be in the restaurant she told me there was nothing she could do about the dog being here in the restaurant. I even called 911. The dog ran around the fireplace. the woman said that he was a service dog and that he wasn't hurting anything (but his hair flying around the restaurant!!!!!!)but service dogs don't run around the restaurant. They sit in one place next to the owner.I love dogs but not dog hair in my food!!! LEAVE THE DOG OUTSIDE!“

“I live closer to another Panera but worth the extra 5 min drive because the one in Englewood has superior customer service and their food is always consistent! Management is doing a great job hiring and training good employees 👏🏻“
