“We were traveling across Interstate 70 and Google search found TJ Chumps. Not knowing the area, we saw pretty solid reviews. This is a family/sports bar kind of place. On the day we visited, Ohio State football was on all their big screens. The restaurant was pretty full but we were seated quickly. Abby was our server and made some great food suggestions. She checked on us frequently and did a great job. We both got burgers that were cooked perfectly. Abby explained their sauces used on the burgers were made in house and we both really like them. The house made chips with house made dill dip were so yummy!! I would stop again for the chips and dip! The manager stopped by our table and checked that everything was good. She mentioned how busy they were with the OSU game but honestly, we got fantastic service and the wait for food was very brief. Would definitely stop here again if I'm in the area.“
“Not only did I get a really good pizza, but I was given a discount on the pizza. I guess that's something that just started for Dominos possibly.I ordered the 12" pizza w/ double pepperoni and cheese and it came to about $13.I realize now, I was swindled by #2350 Dominos. I ended up paying $17 each for 2 pizzas. I had called twice to ask, for sure, ebt can be used to buy a pizza. The lady said yes.Placed the order, get there, and the manager the night of March 4th, just isn't backing down and doing anything to help with the inconvenience of driving out of my way to pick up the pizzas.Made me pay full price anyway. Could've at least given me a coupon off both pizzas for the inconvenience of the mistake of the person over the phone (even if there was a miscommunication).I feel like I was being penalized for the person's mistake on the phone. I didn't know there were 2 types of ebt food cards. Maybe the girl on the other side of the phone didn't either. At least don't penalize the customer for your mistakes #2350.All I was trying to do is be kind and buy a homeless person and myself a pizza and it just feels like being kind backfired on me that night.Store #2365 in Englewood was awesome. “I always have a great experience when visiting our local rapid fired pizza. The staff is always patient when my children are being indecisive with toppings, they always accommodate the random sauces my kids want to try but the best this is the pizza is always fresh and hot. And the prices aren't too high so it's affordable for family pizza night.“
“I called because the hours of operation on the internet is incorrect.Jewel answered the phone and was very chipper. She took our order a little early, before open. She is a "keeper"!She offered us the rewards program and signed us up. Jewel was so kind, that we brought her an Hawaiian Punch. When I arrived, the driver and other helper was just as kind!
