“I have loved this pizza my whole life every time I come home from vacation or other issues I get a pizza and always great. The young lady at the Tipp store is always so sweet and nice. She makes me feel like we known each other for years. I don’t know her name but she is expecting soon. I hope the company takes really good care of her. People like her are hard to find.“

“Ok so we’ve dined at Old Scratch Troy location about 6 times since it’s opened. Waited a bit to give them time to really get in their groove. While I do recommend the place. Pizza is good, staff is nice (especially Amanda at the bar) and shareables are tasty. That said I would like to see the food’s taste be a little more consistent. My favorite dish is the fire roasted cauliflower but sadly it hasn’t been prepared the same way twice with the last two times it was barely seasoned at all once it was almost raw. Hopefully as training continues they will fix that issue.“

“Found this little gem on the internet. The food was absolutely fantastic. We all enjoyed the food. My friend tried lamb for the first time. She was in heaven. The server was great. My only complaints were the lamb was overcooked, but still juicy, and the kids running all over the place (and the boy that was hitting his brother with a belt, not hard, but still annoying).“

“Ordered from here for 10 years, never had bad service or food.“

“I want to start off by saying my food and service have always been great! I understand every once in a while quality may be a little off. I order from this location I would like to say at least 4-5x's a month. Two weeks ago I ordered my pizza at 10 in the morning before this location was open with an 1130 delivery. When I received my food it was cold. Now I could've taking the whole order back because its normally pipping hot. Well I called and spoke with a guy told him about my order and his promise was a $10 credit. Well, I ordered again either that day or the next and I was told you can't use the credit on a delivery. I understood that I didn't feel like driving so I paid full price. Today, as usual on Friday I call to place my order and I was even going to pick it up. I talked to Brandon and he stated that I didn't have a credit. Not to mention my account is flagged for abusing credits. Now I have bank/credit card statements that I ALWAYS pay FULL PRICE for my food. At this point its not about the credit but the service. Why promise something if your not going to follow through. To say he talked to his GM about my number and he's not going to do anything is a bit much.“

“I was ordering food after a long day. My daughter had had surgery. My debit card had been flagged for fraud. I had already called and had it taken care of and my card reactivated as it had been blocked due to suspicious activity. I then couldn't pay at the window. I explained to the girl at the window that I had just spoken to someone who should have released my card. I apologized and asked if she could hold my food for a minute while I called back. I called and again they told me my card was released and could be used. I pulled back around to the drive thru window and again my card declined for suspected fraud.🤦‍♀ the firl then went to ask how she could clear the screen as I then called my credit union directly. The manager came back and said she was going to comp mynorder because she heard I was having so many issues with my bank. I couldn't believe it! I thanked her repeatedly but had to move on because by this time I was holding up the drive-thru line. Injust want to say they wer e ao sweet and patient with me on such a bad/long day. I really appreciate all they did for me. So Big Shout Out to the ladies at the Huber Heights, OH store on Friday June 26th, 2026 at the Drive-thru. THANK YOU SO MUCH!“

“571 Grill & Draft House is hands down one of the absolute best spots in the area for gourmet burgers and craft beer! Their burger lineup is incredible, creative, and packed with flavor—the glazed donut burger and the smoked gouda burger are legendary for a reason. The meat is always juicy, perfectly cooked, and seasoned beautifully. On top of the phenomenal food, their draft list is impressive, featuring a constantly rotating selection of excellent local and regional craft beers. “I decided to give the new location at try tonight. Props to the delivery driver who did a better job finding my trailer park better than DoorDash drivers. Food was amazing and the wings were well sauced which I have an issue with sometimes with other locations. Keep those wings sauced up! I look forward to keep ordering from y’all! “The pizzas are always good, but they are ALWAYS so short-staffed. If they had a full staff they would have pizzas done faster, and not a line of people waiting all the time.

The staff they have are kind and respectful, and I'm sure they work as fast as they can, but overall be ready to wait for your pizza for a while.

“Upon entering I was taken back that only a mother and her daughter were in the establishment but no worries the service was amazing, friendly, quick, explained all the toppings and choice to my mother who hadn’t been in a while, and I tell you what Chad took great care of us. Chad when the ingredients were getting low said “let me grab you some fresh stuff I wouldn’t want the crumbles on my pizza” which showed how much he cares about what he does… we need more people like Chad in the work place and in general, patient kind and the pizza was hot delicious and fresh like always. Highly recommend this location in general“

“I love getting Domino's because of the deals that have all the time. This is a newer location. The service and timing is great. The only thing that didn't get a 5star was the pizza itself. Domino's always feels like this never all the way done. It definitely needs cooked more. Just seems undercooked everytime. Wish it was better. May stop going here after this last time.“
