I love the pizza very good but don’t do delivery from that location they are rude to their customers will never order from there again due to the employees not the food.“

Let me tell you something about these burgers honeychild…if you want a real true to life homemade tasting burger, then the place to go to get you one is most definitely D’oir’s Lounge! “Upon entering I was taken back that only a mother and her daughter were in the establishment but no worries the service was amazing, friendly, quick, explained all the toppings and choice to my mother who hadn’t been in a while, and I tell you what Chad took great care of us. Chad when the ingredients were getting low said “let me grab you some fresh stuff I wouldn’t want the crumbles on my pizza” which showed how much he cares about what he does… we need more people like Chad in the work place and in general, patient kind and the pizza was hot delicious and fresh like always. “Rose, the owner, is very nice and the store offers a good selection of over the counter medicine, hygiene supplies, cleaning supplies, snacks, food, drinks, cigarettes and beer. The building is cool inside and has a nice aesthetic/vibe. Highly recommend stopping in when around the Verona area. I drive here from Lewisburg lol.

“Placed an online order and it said ready in 15-20 minutes. I went 30 minutes later to get it and the person worker said just a minute. 10 minutes went by and when I asked he said "oh we had to remake it". I asked why and he pointed to the register and said the machine messed up. I asked if the machine made it the first time and he said no. I asked for the manager and I saw him tell the manager I wanted to speak with him. Manager did not even bother to come talk to me or make eye contact. Just kept working. I took a refund and left. Staff did not care or made no effort to fix the problem. Horrible customer service. Would strongly encourage another place. 11-28-17 Papa John's redeemed themselves today. They addressed the problem from the earlier post. The pizza we ordered today was fresh, hot and delicious. The order was complete and ready on time for pick up. I only saw two staff in the building but they were efficient and very polite.“

“This Cousin Vinny’s location offers my fav’ pizza in the Miami Valley ~ their hand tossed large Florentine (white bechamel sauce, bacon chicken mushrooms garlic spinach feta and mozzarella) and Jen makes them ¡ the best ! they’re delicious works of art. Because Northwest Dayton has been sooo neglected by the municipal powers that be, and we’re in something of a desert when it comes to _real_ food, this oasis can get _very_ busy, but the phone is always answered eventually, and Jen always double checks the details of my order, and the delivery drivers always call before arrival, and my orders always arrive in perfect condition, hot and feast ready. ¡ THANK YOU CVP !“
