The food is almost always correct and cooked great. And let’s be real—when you’re running a high-demand pizza operation, sometimes the pizza/sub gods throw a curveball. 😂 Things happen!
But what takes this place from “good pizza” to 100% customer-approved is Thomas. He is understanding, listens, and actually makes sure any issue gets corrected. That kind of customer service is hard to find!
