I've been coming here for about 3 months after finding this hidden gem of a bakery, and it's still amazing. They remodeled the entire store, and it looks so spacious and clean... The staff is amazing, with the best customer service I have had in years. So far I've had about 15 things off their menu, and literally nothing compares to the quality of food here! There was a bit in the newspaper about this place this week. Not well written, but I was intrigued because I hadn't yet been. I spent $38.50 and filled up. Had a taste of the Kouign Amann. Salted butter croissant cup with a slight sugar glaze. Very rich, complex taste. I, then, purchased 7 of those, a chocolate croissant, a plain croissant, a ham and cheese croissant, a cheese danish, and a morning roll. I'm looking forward to this bounty.

I don't recall how I originally learned about Boosalis; I think it was on some award list of best bakeries perhaps?
