Ordered by phone and picked up an edge to edge pepperoni thin crust pizza that was ready fresh in 10 minutes and perfectly made. They are excellent any time I go there! I recommend them highly!
Ordered online at the Fairfield Ohio store and delivery was to be picked up by Door dash. My pizza never arrived so I called the store. Manager was really nice and I was told that my pizza would be remade and delivered by a Donatoes employee with a credit towards my order. Pizza was hot and delicious. I only wish that I could remember the managers name so that I could give him credit on this platform for being understanding and professional.
We hadn't been to Donato's in a while, but this time was a very good experience. Matt introduced himself as the new manager. He was very cordial, and we told him of some past visits that were not very favorable. He made our pizza, and it was absolutely perfect. This was the best pizza we had ever gotten at Donato's. We also noticed how clean everything was as soon as we walked in. Great job, Matt. We will definitely be back soon.
