Just plain poor management. Absentee owners or a corporate location I imagine. People playing on their phones and standing at an empty counter. The nice girl at the window took my money and then informed me that she couldn’t find one of my pizzas. If the pizza wasn’t so damn good I wouldn’t be so upset!
We hadn't been back in a long while b/c the previous time, my ham & cheese sandwich @ $6.79 had one & one only super wafer thin slice of ham & two wafer paper thin cheese pieces. Shrimpiest amount of meat & cheese on ANY sandwich I've ever had anywhere.This was NOT a SUB sandwich. It was a JOKE. So we immediately called in to report what we discovered when we got all of the way home...over 6 miles away. So the young guy on the phone said that he would credit us with a free sandwich...read full review

Ordered here first time since i been back to Ohio. Everything tasted good. Ordered the pepperoni pizza and Big Don Italian Sub. Sub could have been a little more toasted but it still tasted good.
