“We ate at Caruso’s for the first time July 3, 2024. My wife and I thought our meals were 5 star, delicious! She had the Chicken Marsala and I had the Rigatoni Rustica. “We attended for my father's birthday. Staff was extremely kind and patient allowing my parent the time they needed to sit. Our food was excellent and service matched. When leaving staff even held the doors for my father and step mother. They are a bit slower in their old age and your staff went above and beyond with their patience and understanding. As she began ringing up my order, I explained to her that I had only visited a City Barbecue 1 time a few back and was nit a pleasant experience, luckily it wasn't this location and since I was working in the area, I decided to give the restaurant/brand another try. We recently placed a very large wings and tenders order for my mother-in-law’s birthday party, and the entire experience was absolutely top notch from start to finish! We called the order in a full week ahead of time, and the staff was so friendly and accommodating over the phone. They followed up to verify the order, and then went above and beyond by calling again as a major snowstorm approached just to make sure everything was still good to go. That level of care and communication truly stood out. My husband picked up the order this morning as they opened and everything was ready right on time, packaged perfectly, and included an abundance of sauces and everything we could possibly need. The wings were hot, crispy, and incredibly delicious, and the tenders were just as amazing. We received so many compliments at the party on how good the food was. The staff is truly top notch, and the food speaks for itself. We appreciate Berds so much and will absolutely continue to support and recommend them and use them for any large event! This is how you do customer service right.”

“As visitors from California, where great Mexican food is everywhere, I was honestly hesitant to try Mexican food in Ohio. I’m so glad I was proven wrong.

The food was absolutely delicious, full of flavor, & genuinely better than some of the Mexican restaurants I’ve eaten at back home in CA. I had the quesabirria, which I highly recommend!

What really set this place apart, though, was the service. We came in with a large group, yet the staff treated us as if it were truly their pleasure to serve us. Everything was handled with ease, kindness, & care, making the entire experience feel welcoming & enjoyable.

“Visited Graeter's Jungle Jim's location on Dixie Highway, Fairfield, OH, back in October 2022. It's a very convenient outlet, since you don't have to drive around finding a branch anywhere else. There are plenty of branches of Greater's all around in Cincinnati, namely from Downtown, Montgomery, Colerain and even one at CVG or at the International Airport.

During my visit, I ordered two pints of the Mango flavor. It was something which I had even tried earlier. It's quite good, which leaves you with a real Mango flavor instead of seeming like being articificially colored and flavored.

It was pretty good customer service with the Sales Associate being very courteous and quick. The store was pretty spacious.

Graeter's also has cake selections, signature chocolates, signature coffee powders, besides lattes, etc. Greater's is renowned for its iconic brand, something indigenous to Ohio. It's gotten a bit more expensive, these days!”

“Been going here for years. Knew the old owners he passed away a few years ago and we talked last year when she was going to sell. Our biggest concern is they would do away with the old ovens. She assured us that she had that discussion with the new owners and they were going to keep the old ovens. Well that didn't happen. We stopped there the other night and the pizza is still decent but not like it used to be. They cut back on the ingredients and unlike the old ovens there is no salt on the deck when they cook it. I am 66 years old and been eating cassano's pizza for 55 of those years. Sad to see the change.”

“This sub place is alright if you want to get subs only just don’t get the fries unless you like them super salty. The staff are kind, friendly, and get the food right out to you just don’t ask for a to go bag unless you want to ask twice. As for the restaurant itself it is clean and small just a simple restaurant.”
