Brand new store and it was great! Very clean, ample indoor and outdoor seating, and the ice cream is what you'd expect from Graeter's. Fantastic! It'll be great when the inside entrance is opened, and you can get some ice cream while walking through Jungle Jim's.
This is the new Graeter's at Jungle Jim's. Great experience! We were greeted when we entered and were offered to sample any flavors. I had even called before we arrived to see if dine-in was available and what time they closed. The young lady with whom I spoke was exceptionally friendly. The ice cream was fantastic, as always. Looking forward to many return visits.

We came in on a Monday night really quickly to get some ice cream. The staff was extremely friendly and we all had a wonderful experience getting ice cream here! I was thoroughly impressed on how kind everyone was. Could be one of the best Graeter’s experience I’ve ever had.Thank you guys!(Also, there was a worker named (I think) Traci, who served us and was very helpful!)
