Graeter's Ice Cream is one of those iconic spots you have to check out while visiting the Cincinnati area. I heard their black chocolate chip is what they're known for so of course, I and to try that out. It definitely did not disappoint and was a nice unique flavor that I can see, has their customers coming back for more. I also had a scoop of the Brown Butter Bourbon Pecan and man, that was so delicious!!!! Graeter's has an Ohio legacy as best I'm the land and their product certainly backs that up. Their product is high in quality, crafted with care.

Been coming here since they opened but not sure we'll be back. Drive thru and door dash seems to take priority over in store customers.3 employees working, 2 at counter and 1 drive thru. Then all of a sudden one disappeared to go do other things. No acknowledgement of we'll be with you, nothing. 10 minutes to get ice cream while drive thru and door dash takes priority we had enough and left.Unfortunately I have a gift card to spend otherwise I wouldn't come back.

How nice to have this conveniently located in Jungle Jim's. It's nice that it still feels like a Graeter's inside even though it is located in Jungle Jim's. Like all Graeter's, you get the delicious creamy ice cream. I always love the old favorite, black raspberry chip. My kids enjoyed the lemon sorbet and mint chip. Service was quick and friendly. Glad we were able to too here on a shopping trip.

As a first timer, I was recommended by locals to order the black raspberry chocolate chip. Excellent choice and the dark chocolate chunks were so good!

Ordered 3 milkshakes...2 we paid extra for thicker shakes...when we received the 2 we paid extra for...they were really like water smh..they remade them and they tasted like vanilla shakes but they were supposed to be strawberry shakes..it was so thick we couldn't get it to come out the straw!..I don't know if they had a new worker but it's the worst experience we ever had at a graeters!

We came in on a Monday night really quickly to get some ice cream. The staff was extremely friendly and we all had a wonderful experience getting ice cream here! I was thoroughly impressed on how kind everyone was. Could be one of the best Graeter’s experience I’ve ever had.Thank you guys!(Also, there was a worker named (I think) Traci, who served us and was very helpful!)

Always a favorite in Cincinnati. Really have to commend their team for treating our family well. Ordered vanilla and an apple topping but found I needed just a little more apple topping. At no charge they heated up a cup and poured it over my remaining vanilla. Thanks for making our evening fun.
