Despite the initial frustration of having to return inside to address the issue, I was pleasantly surprised by the exceptional customer service provided by the employee. They swiftly remedied the situation by preparing a fresh sandwich with the requested extra pickles. This level of attentiveness and willingness to make things right truly exemplifies top-notch customer service. Kathy and the other lady who came in at 11:30a that day, sorry I don’t remember her name, were both very helpful and polite. We had a pleasant conversation and were very nice to my kiddos. She offered them mints and wipes for their fingers. She was very helpful when I was needing something and didn’t want to leave my kids by themselves she offered to get me something.

Today, 8/9/24, Kelly took the initiative to check in on my mobile in store pick up order. She was very nice and polite.

“I order 25 box meals and donut holes for my son's volleyball team and they loved it! The manager, Jerry, was friendly and provided the complimentary donut holes. We haven't had a bad meal or bad service.“

“I had their fried chicken today for the first time at a picnic. It was absolutely wonderful. It wasn’t greasy or soggy It was crunchy and delicious!“

“A few regular employees who have taken our order over the years go above and beyond to make sure my son's (who has food allergies) food is prepped as requested. The few times there have even been the slightest question of safety or miscommunication in the kitchen, they have remade his food with no problem. The employees are always so kind, friendly and understanding, and this is so appreciated!“
