This kfc is typically really good and never have had issues, but this is the second time in a row I have hardly gotten an fries as a side. I got the $9 kfc snacker meal deal and got a pinch of fries and the smallest nuggets. This has been a consistent issue now please fix

KFC offers consistent food quality with quick service at the drive-thru. Customers can enjoy a clean restaurant environment with friendly staff who engage in conversation and provide excellent service. The parking lot is well-maintained and wheelchair accessible entrances are available. The $20 fill-up box is a good value, easily satisfying two people. While the food is good, some improvements are needed in service efficiency and friendliness. Despite minor issues like late orders and missing sides, KFC remains a popular choice for those looking for a quick and satisfying meal. The staff are helpful and knowledgeable, and the atmosphere is bright and comfortable. Many customers appreciate the fresh and flavorful food, and the restaurant runs smoothly, especially when ordering in advance. The cranberry syrup for sodas and special drinks like Sweet Lightning with Cranberry are popular among drink enthusiasts.
