While they corrected my order, the service was subpar, but the thing that made me want to leave this review is the girl brought me my drinks after they pulled me forward, as I am telling her my order is wrong she tells me I ordered it that way and walked away as I was pulling my food out of the bag to show her it was wrong. I app ordered and still had to wait, which whatever it happens, but the walking away as someone is trying to tell you their food is wrong is what irked me....read full review
New management hasn't helped! The chicken tenders were very dry and hard.
Regularly on Wednesday have gone to Popeyes under old management, where I knew the employees that were more considerate. Today, 8/5/26 went through drive through under new local management, order was correct, however when requested receipt, was told none printed and she stated “I don’t know what to tell you” and closed the window.
