Regularly on Wednesday have gone to Popeyes under old management, where I knew the employees that were more considerate. Today, 8/5/26 went through drive through under new local management, order was correct, however when requested receipt, was told none printed and she stated “I don’t know what to tell you” and closed the window. Popeyes on dixie hwy I fairfield is a joke . At this point im done ordering there. I was hoping after they got new owners it would be better but yet the 2 times we have gone we have been missing food and the chicken is under done 🙄 ordered a 10 PC family meal w/ large fry and large mashed potatoes, with a extra large side of fry & a sode of coleslaw... get home we dont have the extra sides ordered or the biscuits that come with the family meal. Worst chicken at Popeyes I ever had. Limited flavor compared to others. Wings were no where near the normal size of other locations an d no spicy chicken like other locations.. Not happy at all..
