I'm not from Ghana but I've always loved their food. Other places will package their food in such a way that assumes you're from Ghana. Trinity Diner is different.They separate all the different parts of the meal for you in case there might be some aspects of the meal that are too spicy or not familiar to you and I really appreciated that! A few friends and I, after visiting the Ark Encounter in Kentucky, decided to find something African since we didn’t want to eat fries and burgers. We chanced on Trinity Diner (online) which was an hour away from us but on our way back to Windsor, Ontario. We took it up to explore this place since it was our only option. We never regretted.
