“I didn't get our servers name when we were in there this evening. But she had dark hair and glasses. She was wonderful. We were on a road trip and busted a tire not even half way and waited on AAA for a tow almost 4 hours. We hadn't eaten since breakfast and were very hungry once we got to the tire shop. We walked over to this place and everything made a bad experience into a decent day. Good food, good service and good atmosphere 👌🏾. Thanks again for helping us make lemonade out of lemons and we will come back again soon hopefully 😀, unless you build a location in Lexington“

“Not a bad place. Folks are nice. Ck in at 0545. Got door. Pull around back. They'll ck your seal,temp, and fuel. Before you back in. About an hour and a half. They'll call you to grab paperwork. The place is a one way. So just follow the signs. I parked on street and walked to receiving desk.“

“My husband and I had dinner here before attending the Nate Bargatze comedy show on Sunday, October 26th. We were running late due to the Bengals game letting out, and the traffic and crowds in the streets were beyond chaotic. We called Bourbon's and informed them of the situation and they were so kind to hold our table for us. We finally arrived and we were greeted and seated immediately. The service, the food, and the ambiance were all excellent. We would highly recommend this place. It's a great location if you're attending an event at Paycor Stadium, the Reds Stadium, or the Heritage Bank Center. It was an easy choice being so close to the venue we were attending and we're glad we chose it!“

We ended up going with the Friday meatball sandwich special, the Italian sandwich and two vanilla tonka lattes. Both sandwiches and lattes were heavenly! “I want to take a moment to give credit where credit is due and commend the staff on their awesome customer service at the Montgomery road location closest to Kenwood mall.
First and foremost, I was greeted by a gentleman named Kevin who had a smile on his face and was very helpful. He was patient with me as I downloaded the app while also tending to other customers coming in the door. He carried himself in a professional manner the whole time. He did great.
I also want to commend the young lady who was working the line. I didn't catch her name but she had my bowl done at the snap of a finger. It was a pleasant visit this evening.
