“I was lucky enough to celebrate my birthday tonight at the Florence location! These girls went above and beyond to fit 12 of us in such a small space. The service was spectacular and they even surprised me with a birthday card signed by the whole staff!! You girls are absolutely amazing. Thank you for make it so special.“

“We have been getting Poseidon's Pizza ever since the new owners took over a few years ago and it has been top notch ever since. The wide variety of menu options, convenient location, excellent service and delicious food have kept us coming back for years now. Personally, we like a thicker crust and recently, the owners clued me into a tip that has taken the pizza from really good, to the best pizza we've ever had! Our personal go to is an Extra Large pizza, made into a Large, with extra Canadian bacon and extra pineapple. This gives the pizza a thick, chewy, delicious crust that we absolutely love! Now that we are in the know, we can't get enough! We ordered a pizza just last night and it was out of this world! If you really want a treat, dip the crust in the Costco Kewpie Japanese salad dressing! Seriously the best crust/dip combo I've ever had in my entire life! For anyone that loves a good pizza, look no further than Poseidon's Pizza in Florence, KY! Whether you like a NY style thin crust, a thick, chewy crust (our fave) or a Chicago style deep dish, they can do it all! If you haven't already, stop in and give them a try. You won't be disappointed!“

“Not sure of the name of our server this afternoon, but, she is an amazing person! Traveling from Gatlinburg to northern Indiana, decided to stop in and get some pizza. Our server was fantastic, and very personable and attentive. We spoke with her at the table every time she came, and, was such a genuine person, and cared about our visit to the restaurant. I wish I could’ve got her name, because she made us feel so welcome, and, wished us safe travels as we exited. People like her are few and far between in the food industry anymore. Whoever you are, thank you so very much!!!!“

“Major improvements lately. I had a couple bad experiences a year or two ago but I have ordered from here twice in the last 2 weeks and the pizza has been amazing. The only complaint I have is the clumsy online ordering that they have not very intuitive.
Other than that, this place is great. Very friendly staff putting out very good quality food!
Update.. The new text, your order thing that they have for ordering online. It's super simple and works great. This location is always great. I eat there two or three times a month. Very consistent. Always good.“

“I wanted to leave a review because I know you probably hear more complaints than praise.

I originally ordered yesterday and spoke with an automated system and something got messed up, so my pizza never came. I called and spoke with the manager, and I could tell they were short-staffed and doing their best.

I ended up coming today, and the manager was incredibly helpful — refunded my order and made me two pizzas on the spot. Everyone was so apologetic and kind, and they really took care of everything.

I’ve worked in the food industry before, so I know how tough it can be when you’re understaffed, and they handled it with professionalism and care.

“I ordered a few things of ranch yesterday and noticed before my driver left that they forgot it, he told me to call the store and I did. They told me I couldn't get a refund on my ranch that they forgot and hung up on me THREE TIMES. You guys took my money, forgot my stuff and hung up on me. The only other time I ordered my food took 3 hours and I called the store multiple times trying to get an update and the lady who I talked to was rude and giving me attitude saying she doesn't know and she also hung up on me and my food never arrived. What is going on with this location? you need better employees, I still want my money back for my ranch.“

“I wanted to update my previous review, because I previously gave a review off 1 bad experience, but I've had many good ones since then! My most recent experience is the evening manager, working tonight (Friday) is awesome! I always call this papa John's to get numerous pizzas for my kids birthday parties every year! Well they usually give me a good deal when I carry out multiple pizzas (I usually get 5 or more) and this time the manager not only gave me one heck of a deal, but he was very friendly and over-the-top kind, as well as thoughtful! So I really really appreciate his understanding and friendliness! Very happy with my experience!“

“I hadn't been to a Fazoli's un a long while so it was high time we returned. Their breadsticks continue to head up my Best Breadstick lust as the garlic flavour along with the size and texture put them right at the top for me. They're also endless as long as you're getting a meal and eating in the dining room. They've got some really good pasta dishes that I've talked about in past reviews but on this occasion I went with a sub and some boneless wings. The sub was a Classic Meatball one with the meatballs, marinara sauce, pepperoni and of course tons of mozzarella. It was a little ugly to look at but is sure tasted delicious. The boneless wings I got Hot which was a Buffalo sauce with a small bit of kick. They were quite good and a lot better than I would expect from a fast food Italian restaurant. Really good flavour even if they weren't that spicy (could be just my spice pallette too. I sometimes don't taste the spice when others do.) The service was top notch and the store was clean which wasn't always the case in the past. A very tasty and affordable lunch at Fazolis.“
