Tried to order a huge pizza order three times tonight and have it delivered by door dash. They gave the first order away to the wrong person and refused to make it again. They canceled my order three times because they wouldn’t make it for dasher. I waited two hours and ended up having to eat something else.
I FIND IT FUNNY THAT YOU TURNED OFF THE ABILITY TO CREATE A POST!! I guess I will post a review!

I was just charged twice for my order. Once when I made my purchase online and a second time when the manager insisted my payment didn't go through! I now have 2 charges pending on my account for $28.68. I tried to call the local store @ (859) 384-6600, only to hear the message that they don't take calls and only...read full review

Jet's Pizza is a very good restaurant with friendly staff. The pizza is great, hot, fresh, and loaded with toppings, with that perfect thick crust they’re known for. The gluten-free crust is the best a customer has ever had. The deep dish pizza is excellent, and the food is very good quality. The restaurant has made major improvements lately, and the pizza has been amazing. The food is very consistent and always good. Service is fast and friendly, and orders are ready right on time. The only complaint is clumsy online ordering, though a new text ordering system works great. Some customers cannot call in orders due to a phone problem, but the staff is polite and professional. Jet's Pizza never disappoints and is always a solid choice for good pizza done right.
