I wish I would’ve got her name, but none of us were angry besides one person who left we could clearly see she working her butt off. I seriously would’ve jumped in to help her, had she let me.I wanted to give her a shout out, I don’t know her name, but if she sees this, she will know I am talking about her.“

“Strong's new Newport location has noticeably "upped their game". I've been there the last two Fridays with a group for lunch and EVERYONE agreed that their pizzas were PHENOMENAL. “My husband and I stopped in today for lunch after seeing it recommended on Google. The fresh focaccia with olive oil and balsamic were hands down the best I’ve ever had. My husband enjoyed his wedge salad and we split a highly delicious pepperoni pizza. Mike and Maddie were so welcoming! We even got to enjoy their brand new outdoor umbrellas which gave such a nice touch to their outdoor dining patio. We will definitely be back sooner rather than later! 🥰“

“I have been meaning to stop by since they opened, finally had a chance tonight. Casual atmosphere of a neighborhood place. Warm greeting upon arrival. You order at the counter and the food is brought to your table. I had garlic knots and a small pizza and both were delicious. The pizza was a 10” pie the size of a paper plate. The toppings were fresh and evenly spread over the pie which was perfectly cooked. The crust was the perfect consistency. The pizza really did taste like a traditional pizza I use to have when I was young and we lived next door to a family from Italy. It’s a can’t miss experience, and I will definitely dine here again.“

My family owned an Italian seafood restaurant in NJ for 26 years and I can say without hesitation the meatballs here are the best west of Arthur Ave in the Bronx! My NJ mind is blown!“

Above and beyond, our pizza was delayed a few minutes, which we didn't even notice and the manager( I think) said the crust on 2 slices wasn't to their standard and they made another pizza to go, waived the charge. We will be Dewey's Covington for life! We didn't ask, but were so impressed at their strive for perfection! Delicious as always!!!!“

“Cozy little place with really good food. Their stuffed deep dish pizzas are the best around, and their house creamy garlic dressing is amazing. We've been here before, but unfortunately last night the server was totally overwhelmed. He got our order wrong and at least 2 more tables orders wrong as well. He was trying, and made things right, but I don't understand why there were only 2 servers on a Saturday night.“

“We have eaten here twice and both times the food was great! We had a pepperoni pizza that was cooked perfect. The pepperoni are thin slices and have great flavor. The cheese and sauce remind me a good old fashion pizzeria pizza. The only thing I'm not in favor of is their crust. A handmade crust would make this pizza perfection. The French fries are crinkle cut and are cooked perfectly. They are so good. Garlic bread w/cheese was awesome! The bread was a small loaf of lovely soft Italian bread full of perfect melted cheese. Cheese sticks had awesome taste and crispy batter breading. Also had breaded fried mushrooms that were also delicious. I highly recommend Angilos pizza.“
