Rosie's Italian Reviews
As I’m writing this review I’m still in shock! I’m in Cincinnati on business and I was craving Italian. I can’t believe there’s not a line around the block just for the meatballs! Rosie's Italian offers excellent food and friendly service in a lively atmosphere. Popular dishes include the Rigatoni Vodka, gnocchi, and spaghetti and meatballs. The Bucatini Carbonara is noted for being beautiful, rich, and delicious. The hot honey pizza and orecchiette have also received praise from guests. The garlic knots are a decent start, and the chocolate chip cookie with gelato makes for a tasty dessert. The wait staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and provides great recommendations, with servers like Jada and Sarah standing out for their exceptional care. Guests can enjoy dining outside on the nice outdoor patio, especially when the weather is perfect, or inside, where the lively vibe continues. The restaurant has a casual atmosphere with a focus on fresh, house-made ingredients, and the original Italian food is well worth the price paid. The portions are large, making it easy to enjoy leftovers the next day. High chairs are available for families.
Recent reviews highlight a warm and welcoming environment, with guests praising the excellent Italian dishes and friendly service. The food and cocktails are often described as wonderful, with baked ziti and carbonara being particular favorites. Desserts like tiramisu are highly recommended. While some mention that the space can be tight and loud, many still enjoy the overall experience. Service is generally attentive and friendly, though a few reviews note that some dishes, like arancini balls and baked ziti, can be a bit dry or heavy with cheese. Overall, Rosie's Italian remains a popular spot to enjoy good Italian food in a lively, welcoming setting.
