“Donato's is a popular pizza chain in this area that I often forget about because there's no locations here in Indiana (not in Lawrenceburg/Aurora anyway.) The few times I've had it I remembered liking it so I ran over to this location and got a pickup order. I'm not sure if they're offering inside dining yet as I ordered mine ahead of time and got it through a drive thru window they had. The order was ready when I got there and the staff that I dealt with were friendly. The food was still hot even after a 30 minute drive home so yay for that. I got the Ultimate 4 Cheese Pizza on their famous thin crust. They did indeed put a lot of cheese on there and it was pretty good. Although I'm a big fan of thin crust pizza I thought there's was almost too thin and brittle making it very cardboard like. Even if you wanted to do the New York thing and fold it over and eat it as a pizza wrap you couldn't do it because the crust would break. I like the toppings and I remember especially liking their sausage in the past (I was just in the mood for a lot of cheese on this day) so next time I'll get a little thicker crust that'll better support their great toppings. My wife and kids got the Chicken Spinach Mozzarella Pizza on their cauliflower crust and they all liked that very much. My wife needs to eat gluten-free and said that this crust was one of the best out there. There's a lot to like about Donato's and in the future I will check out the hoagies, sides, and other pizza options. For me this was good except their super thin crust which may just be a personal preference thing.“

“I ordered from Door Dash first time ever. My door dasher picked my $50 order up and then canceled the order and “fed his family”. Door dash refunded me but the owner is having to fight for a refund, he will get it but my first experience with door dash will be my last. They were not very apologetic and didn’t seem to be surprised at this behavior from a driver. I called the store and wanted them to make the order again and said I’ll pay for it as I will get a refund. The manager was so kind and took care of us. I insisted on paying again for the full order and he would not accept full payment and only wanted a partial payment. “Our order was Takeout: The pizza is consistently good. BUT, the calzone we ordered was lacking. Barely any filling that you would expect in a calzone. Also, no dipping sauce was included in the box. “First time trying NYPD, had a Grubhub coupon. Had heard good reviews so wanted to try it. The spaghetti with red sauce and chicken arrived steaming hot and was a good-sized portion. Very delicious. The night sticks with pizza sauce is basically like pizza and was very tasty. I wish I could have gotten pepperoni on it. The brownie was pretty good too. Only negatives were the garlic bread was a little dried out, the pizza sauce was cold, and some of the side items, like banana peppers, should be free like other pizza places. All in all I was impressed and will return.“

This one star is solely for the Management of West Side. I’ve been here more times than I can count, from random drop ins for a beer, organized network happy hours to birthday parties. My family invested in the original start up back in the day. They were one of my first places to check out when throwing my mom’s surprise 60th Birthday party. The booking process was fairly simple.. I would have appreciated more communication from management when booking but in today’s world I have very low expectations with customer service.
Day of the party came and I booked 3 extra hours for time to set up and make sure the space was ready. I made sure to introduce myself to all the staff from the kitchen manager, bar tenders (they were good) and taproom manager. Everyone was aware I was the organizer of the event and to reach out to me during for anything.
Party was great! My mom was surprised and it seemed like everyone was very comfortable in the two rooms we rented ($30/hr for 2 rooms from 4-11). I reached back out to the taproom manager for my $100 deposit back & received the unprofessional response attached. I did realize once we arrived at the party that my balloons had confetti inside of them which confetti is not permitted. Balloons are permitted though so unless we went around popping all of them there was no issue in my eyes. I did immediately asked for a broom so I could manage any mess during the party (which there wasn’t). I stayed after with my husband, mother (birthday girl), dad, and cousins to clean everything up spotless.

The second issue was around our guests eating food from the party next to us. This was one couple (65 years old) that got confused & didn’t realize this was not our party. We took over 80% of the party space so it wasn’t clear to them that there was even another party nearby not a part of us.
The fact that no one from west side even brought this to my attention is ridiculous. I would have happily apologized to the other party and purchased food for them to make up for what had happened.
From start to finish Colin at West Side has not been helpful and has been extremely rude. I feel like I need to blame the kitchen staff as well for not communicating at all.

Sadly I would not recommend West Side for any future events. They didn’t feel welcoming and seemed bothered by the 3 children there (out by 9PM) that were very well behaved & enjoying themselves.

The 30+ Cincinnati Firefighter brotherhood that attended is also disappointed to hear how this was handled and won’t be having any future meet ups here.“

“The place is amazing. Organized. Clean. It has many toys to entertain children, from the youngest to the oldest. Playing earns points that can be exchanged for prizes, and if you don't get enough points to exchange, you have to pay the difference. It has a good menu of food, juices, and sodas. The highlight is the interaction with the Chuck E. Cheese mascot, with dancing, music, and his friendly and polite demeanor. I recommend the place for hours of fun.“

They told me I couldn't get a refund on my ranch that they forgot and hung up on me THREE TIMES. You guys took my money, forgot my stuff and hung up on me. The beer here is absolutely CHEAP compared to vegas 10$ bottles and this might become a spot ill be at weekly basis.
