“When I went into this restaurant they gave me lollipops to choose from and they handed my mom something like in a box. It was a mystery and then when we opened it it was cheesesteak and it was Oreo cheesecake. So that was yummy. And I had the hot dog and it was fine. I also had fries which were pretty good. They had this cool display of license plates from other states. and their drinks were really good. I had Pepsi which was nice and the tables were clean so that was good. That's why I recommend you eat here.“

“Five Guys is a well regarded burger chain and this is its location on Mall Road in Florence. I had to get a carryout on this occasion although indoor dining options were available at the time I went here albeit at a limited capacity. They're a very traditional, no frills joint in that they do burgers and fries and not a ton else (they do have delicious hot dogs although I didn't get one this time.) Any burgers are their game and theirs are definitely one of the best. Although they a very extensive toppings list fkr you to choose from to put on your burger I went with only ketchup, mustard, cheese, and hot sauce. The meat is very high quality and is where all of the flavour is at. Juicy and cooked to absolute perfection it was the perfect patty. The condiments I chose supported it very well including the hot sauce which tasted like Frank's Red Hot or at least something very similar to that. It was fantastic. Unfortunately with my long trip between Five Guys and my house my fries ended up being soggy and disappointing. That's by no means their fault and I'll say right here that their fries are some of the best and most plentiful but you gotta eat them at the restaurant while their still hot. In any case the food was delicious and the staff were friendly and efficient so a very good carryout experience from Five Guys in Florence.“

“Nice to have a small playground inside the fastfood. Kids loved it. On the healthy food side, it is highly processed foods only.... Walking distance to supercharger... Perfect stop during a charge. I dropped wife and kids, plugged the car then joined them. Same scenario when finished.“

“The owners work really hard and they stay so kind and humble, they used to only work every shift by themselves, they hired help, and let me tell you that this new worker well she might not be new, but she's new to me, and she is just as kind as the owners, I had a pickup order at Walmart and decided to come in and get some dinner, I was having a bad day and a very busy day and she absolutely made it better with her genuine kindness... Not ONLY did Brittany give me accurate information, did not judge me. Polite, informative and even told me about other options that would keep me at the right price for my needs.
I was concerned. It's strange. She ASSURED me that her professional, courteous and knowledgeable staff could help even if she wasn't present after our phone call.

“I have no have no complaints except perhaps one, that they need more sauce selection. But I really enjoy the chicken sandwich and the toasted garlic butter bread is really simple but really delicious. Fries aren’t bad but not my favorite maybe offer a Cajun fry, that would go really well with the crinkle cut fries. Overall though it’s pretty great, grateful for it being here since apparently Chick-fil-A in Florence has no plans of opening any time soon at all.“

“Went through the drive thru, ordered and asked for a large water also. They wanted to charge me for a large drink for water. Really! I would understand $1, but $3 is excessive for water. This has been an issue apparently the young lady who was very nice made sure to ask me if I wanted water for $3+. I declined. I didn’t say anything and I don’t like to give a bad review. But that is price gauging at its finest. Do better Gold Star. I work in a restaurant and we give every customer water that comes in. It’s complementary because it’s WATER.“

“I always go inside to place a carryout order. I love white castle! I only go to W.C. about once a month or every other month. They have an expanded menu with a plethora of small burgers, chicken, fish and breakfast sandwiches. Also 4 or 5 sides like onion chips, fish nibbles, chicken rings ect. I love the Dusseldorf mustard which is a W.C. staple. Located just 100-200 yds from exit 180 I-75. They do get quite busy sometimes but my longest weight for food was 10 minutes and I have been to this location about a dozen times in last 12-14 months. Bathrooms are always clean!

“This Culver’s is good. I do recommend it. However, tonight when we went through the line, we sat for about 10-15 minutes before getting to place our order then waited an additional 15 at the window for our order. John, who is a teenager— was the only employee taking orders and apparently making those orders as well. He was friendly at the window to us and didn’t appear to be in a bad mood. There were other employees working with him, yet it appeared he was getting zero help from them. We could hear from the drive through window that there were female employees laughing and carrying on in the background. It’s clear that they were not helping with the drive through one bit. Keep in mind, the dining area was completely empty… I really feel bad for John, he was quite literally working alone and the drive through was pretty busy. Whoever else was “working” with him should be written up.“

“I personally haven't experienced any negatives with this location. I will agree with some reviews that it could be a bit cleaner on the inside, but the people at counter seemed friendly enough. Maybe a smile will help. But I like coming here to use rewards, otherwise, it is a little on the pricey side. I haven't gotten any food items from this location, but from my previous experience at a different DQ, the burger tasted good. Last time I visited here I got a large sundae with peanut butter topping, and I really do like the peanut butter. It doesn't taste artificial. The ice cream itself is nice, I don't mind paying for the convenience to get soft serve. I got a Blizzard on a different visit that had a bunch of stuff like oreos and other cookies in it, that was really really good. Overall this isn't a bad spot and I like coming here when I'm able to.“

“Had the sweetest thing happen ... Went to the union Wendy's on 42 on my lunch break , forgot my wallet in Henry's bag at school ( nothing new ) .. Realized it when I went to pay and apologized to lady and told her to cancel order .. She said no hold on one second and the manager came over and said lunch was on him !! So nice of them and wonderful feeling lto know there are still genuine good people around!!!“

My only problem which wasnt anyone's fault but I had a little hard time ordering because the sweet young ladies was of different nationalities but it wasn't too bad, they were sweet and kind and we worked it out pretty easy. “I went into the store to order because I was somehow unable to successfully use Jimmy John's website online ordering system after trying for 20 minutes. The employees were very helpful and very (freaky) fast. The food was great, including their new (to me) side of garlic pasta salad. The layout of this particular store emphasizes food to go, with a busy drive-thru window. There is a small dining room but not much else in the way of ambience. My experience with this JJ was really good overall, but the JJ website was confusing and often unresponsive.“

They give you good tasting food that's a decent value for the amount of money that's your spending. I haven't received old fries in the past three visits. Tried charging more money to get the right sandwiches. Still didn't even get the right sandwiches. Woman was playing as the manager and eventually said the manager wouldn't be in until 4. Could not get a number from the woman for the manager.“
