“I am working in the area and stopped in to get a bite to eat and thaw out. The food came out fast and tasty, and the service was just as quick! Bathrooms as well as the whole restaurant were clean and warm. I even noticed that while the team had some downtime before the lunch rush, they were fixing wobbly tables and cleaning the windows by the entrances!“

“Gotta admit everything I've eaten there was hot and tasty. Really enjoy their fish wrap. Not really a fan of the curly fries so it's nice they have another option as opposed to just one type of fry like many other places. So that is nice to see.“
“Look, it's fast food, but we ate inside. A serpentine belt broke in our truck and we were able to pull next door to fix it. We ordered our food and it was fixed fast, it was hot, and the whole restaurant was clean and very presentable. It took a bit on fixing our truck, and the staff welcomed us to sit inside from the cold until it was finished. Again, thank you so much for that.“

“Gold Star holds a special place in my childhood memories. I have to have some every time I'm in the Cincinnati area. The bread is soft, chili is tasty, and the cheese is piled on. The server was very nice and even though it was lunchtime they weren't overly crowded. The ambiance is like any other fast food place but the floors and tables are kept clean.“
