“The new menu offerings we tried were delicious. The staff was helpful and patient as we worked through a larger order for the family. The interior of the restaurant wasn't as comfortable or clean as other Subway restaurants we've visited, but we were able to enjoy the food and the conversation with the family.“

“Night shift seems to have some management issues it’s 11 o’clock at night, but I didn’t get my onions on my five ways skyline usually pretty good about putting what they’re supposed to in a bag so I didn’t check until I got home It kind of ruined my five ways“

Normally have good luck with ordering ahead on the app at this location, so I didn’t think to pull out all of the burgers to check this time. I noticed our sides were correct, and even had the sauces I requested… so I thought it would all be correct. Sadly, it was not, and I drove off. I didn’t realize that over half of the burgers didn’t have the correct cheese/ toppings once I got home. I received mostly garlic cheese burgers, and a couple jalapeño cheese (not ordered). I ordered 5 smoked cheddar/ 5 garlic cheese. I’m upset because, we live around 20 minutes away- it isn’t convenient for me to drive back for a correction. :(

Update: Truly some of the best customer service in regards to making up for my last experience/ review. I really appreciated that, and due to normally having great experiences with this location- I’ve changed my review back to 5 stars.“

“We wasn't intending on going to Five Guys we we're were actually on our way to another restaurant. I was involved in a bad accident at the intersection of ring road involving me, my husband, and 6yr old child. Everyone was okay thank God. But the hospitality of the workers that night was absolutely above and beyond anything I could ever expect. The manager on shift instantly came out and gave my son a shake to help cheer him up😊. Then invited us inside out of the rain and offered us fresh hot fries! We will definitely be eating there very soon. Thank you Five Guys and God bless you all!!😊“

“This is the best White Castle off New Haven Road. It is in a gas station but they have drive thru service. It is open 24 hours and the food is cooked fresh and the staff are friendly! Great place to go on your way home from Cincinnati. Highly recommend.“

“I had some of the garlic Parmesan chicken strips today along with some onion rings. These things were absolutely awesome! I mean, fresh and as hot as you could get. I’ve only eaten food from Dairy Queen just a few times in past years, but normally I get the ice cream. But I was surprised how good the food was. Absolutely excellent.“

“The people are really good in there but they are never clear on how the food combos work. They ask what number you want and there are no numbers on the screen. Then they ask if you want one or two sandwiches after you've already chosen a number. The number should be what it says it is. I'm never sure what I'm going to get exactly.“

“Gold Star Chili is hands down the best Cincinnati-style chili around. We stopped in at the Burlington, KY location and the service was fast and friendly. The owners are really nice and made us feel welcome. If you’re in Burlington and want a solid Cincinnati chili fix, whether it’s a 3-way, a coney, or cheese fries, this is the spot. The only problem that has me disturbed is the fact that the young lady that gave us awesome over the top service was not the one that was gonna get the tip I left because she was in training. That just doesn't seem fair to me seeing how that is where she makes the bulk of her money being an amazing waitress.“

“In a world of uncertainty and mediocrity for restaurants and service levels, this Arby's has remained consistent across multiple visits. Consistently good food and decent but not mind blowing service. The bar is low in general but they certainly haven't and won't drive me away as other locations and businesses have.

“The staff at this location is unbelievable. My daughter ordered a sub she did not like. I went up to get her another sub and pay for a new one. Staff were all smiling apologized numerous times, made a new one, and would not allow me to pay. This was unexpected. Every staff member had a smile on their face and were extremely professional. “Love Wendy's one of the best fast food restaurants me and my kids go to Wendy's all the time because the $5 meal you cannot beat it junior bacon cheeseburger nuggets fries and a drink for 5 bucks it's a good meal. Always fresh food services always been fast the one in Harrison and in Lawrenceburg they have a great staff sodas Harrison and it's not fun working in food service I do it as a job but the people working at Wendy's have always been friendly fast and good service. The five-dollar bill by far is the best deal you can get at a fast food restaurant anywhere I challenge you on that“

“Firehouse Subs is one of our favourite sandwich shops that we know of. This particular location is semi new and although we've gotten takeaway from here a few times this was our first time eating inside. It's a very clean restaurant and looked very good. Also the staff was very friendly and the food came out quickly. I tried out their Italian Sub which came with salami, pepperoni, ham, provolone, mayo, deli mustard, and Italian dressing (it also came with onion, lettuce, and tomato all of which I left off.) The meats were all plentiful and delicious here as was all of the toppings. It was as good of an Italian Sub as I've ever had. The prices are more than reasonable and the sandwiches are super delicious. Firehouse gets a big thumbs up from me.“

“Still maintain that this location is clean but the service wasn't as good this time. Now then... Flamethrower Grillburger Cheese Curds Hot Fudge Funnel Cake What Is It: The Flamethrower is a half pound burger topped with fiery Flamethrower sauce, melted pepper jack cheese, jalapeño bacon, lettuce, and tomato (the latter two I had them leave off my sandwich.) Cheese curds are fried cheese bites and the funnel cake comes topped with a scoop of vanilla ice cream and hot fudge. Presentation: The sandwich isn't nearly as appealing as the menu shows and it's not just because I left the veggies off. The other two items look acceptable. 4 out of 10 Taste/ Final Analysis: I'm a big fan of the Flamethrower. Even though visually this wasn't the best the flavours were definitely there. Lot's of spicy goodness to be had here. I recommend getting extra flamethrower sauce for it as that's especially tasty. The cheese curds were run of the mill and really could have used a dipping sauce of some kind. The funnel cake while tasty really didn't remind me of a funnel cake. It was kinda like a below average plain donut topped with a bunch of stuff. Still a sweet dessert but hardly a state fair funnel cake. Some good and mediocre with this meal but at the end of it I'm satisfied. Flamethrower Grillburger: 8 out of 10 Cheese Curds: 4 out of 10 Hot Fudge Funnel Cake: 4.5 out of 10“

This experience has provided us with a comprehensive understanding of its appeal. The staff members are exceptionally courteous, the establishment is impeccably clean, and it offers a diverse selection of food, snacks, and confectionery items. Notably, the gasoline prices are more economical, and their Galaxy beverage is exceptional, albeit it is a seasonal offering that is regrettably limited. In conclusion, this establishment is truly remarkable, and I highly recommend experiencing it firsthand.“

“I don't generally give reviews of places, but this is a must!! We went in for the advertised gluten free bread, we ordered and my husband requested that the first person change their gloves to eliminate cross contamination, that's when I realized that this was a mine field and started looking for all the requests we would need to make to keep him from getting contaminated. I didn't even have to ask!! They brought the sub out wrapped up, changed gloves, wiped the counter, got a new knife, put the sub on a wrap to transport it down the line, and placed the knife on the wrap as well, second person changed gloves, when he asked for mayo asked if packets were ok since the spreader and mayo were not safe. I want to cry, I am so happy with the care they took, the sensitivities to the hazard that he faces was phenomenal!!!“

“I've been through the drive thru at this location a few times recently. It's right off of US 50 about a half a mile from Hollywood Casino. I've long been a fan of the BK Croissant Sandwiches for breakfast particularly the Sausage And Cheese one. However what I'm really excited to talk about is their Spicy Chicken Sandwich. In the past I've had it and it was on the okayish side but nothing really memorable. However at some point over the last while they've really upped their game and are really bringing something special to the table with their Spicy Chicken. It comes with a pretty good spicy chicken patty that had decent enough flavour but what separated this sandwich from the others was the sauce that they put on it. It was a sort of savory sauce with a little bite to it and let me tell you what it was spectacular. It is definitely worth checking out if you haven't already. Their Flame Broiled Burgers are always kind of a divisive thing. People tend to either love them or hate them. For me I like it well enough. I just got a couple of small cheeseburgers plain with mustard for the sole purpose of letting the meat flavour stand out. Most people like the Whopper and all of it's toppings and I get that but for me I prefer it very basic so I can enjoy what they've done with the burger. Whenever I'm here for lunch I've always gotta get some onion rings to go with whatever sandwich I've chosen on the given day. They are probably the best of the fast food restaurant onion rings as far as flavour and consistency that I've come across. You gotta get that Zesty Dipping sauce to really get that awesome onion ring flavour. Burger King has really picked up their game recently and went from kind of an also ran fast food chain with mediocre food to bringing some great stuff to the table. All hail the King for those improvements.“

“Gas has been the cheapest of most of the places nearby. Food is pretty decent. Staff are always nice. My only problem is a lot of times they'll just randomly not have buns available. Don't know if whoevers in charge just doesn't feel like making anything with a bun or are just bad at ordering inventory.“
