“The new menu offerings we tried were delicious. The staff was helpful and patient as we worked through a larger order for the family. The interior of the restaurant wasn't as comfortable or clean as other Subway restaurants we've visited, but we were able to enjoy the food and the conversation with the family.“

“Night shift seems to have some management issues it’s 11 o’clock at night, but I didn’t get my onions on my five ways skyline usually pretty good about putting what they’re supposed to in a bag so I didn’t check until I got home It kind of ruined my five ways“

“I was able to finally try peanut butter on my bacon cheese burger and if you never have tried it man you are missing out. It's not on the menu but they have it for their shakes. It's the best ooy gooy burger I've had. Fry portions are still ad big as ever a large between two people is more than plenty. Oh and I can't forget the shakes...mmmmm they are thick and taste like a shake should. Not with some fake ice cream but some creamy goodness. The staff is super friendly. Keep up the good work all around.“

Normally have good luck with ordering ahead on the app at this location, so I didn’t think to pull out all of the burgers to check this time. I noticed our sides were correct, and even had the sauces I requested… so I thought it would all be correct. Sadly, it was not, and I drove off. I didn’t realize that over half of the burgers didn’t have the correct cheese/ toppings once I got home. I received mostly garlic cheese burgers, and a couple jalapeño cheese (not ordered). I ordered 5 smoked cheddar/ 5 garlic cheese. I’m upset because, we live around 20 minutes away- it isn’t convenient for me to drive back for a correction. :(

Update: Truly some of the best customer service in regards to making up for my last experience/ review. I really appreciated that, and due to normally having great experiences with this location- I’ve changed my review back to 5 stars.“

“Now I'm ruined.
I've only been there once but best white castle I've ever been to. I was just hoping they were open. 2:30 in the morning on a Saturday night there were like 6 workers in there hard at it! I ordered 20 sliders and 4 fries. As they took my order the staff was ready and on it. Few minutes later I had hot fresh white castle. I guess I have low standards but it amazed me how well things work when everyone does their job. I'm afraid now my bar has been raised to a height that will ruin every other experience. If you want white castle drive past your local one and try the best.“

“I had some of the garlic Parmesan chicken strips today along with some onion rings. These things were absolutely awesome! I mean, fresh and as hot as you could get. I’ve only eaten food from Dairy Queen just a few times in past years, but normally I get the ice cream. But I was surprised how good the food was. Absolutely excellent.“

The drive-thru line was moving pretty quickly, and the staff member taking orders was surprisingly upbeat and cheerful given how late it was. I got a sack of their classic small square burgers and some onion rings, and everything was served steaming hot, fresh, and exactly how I ordered it. The only downside was that the parking lot was a bit messy with litter, but the quick service and tasty sliders made for a satisfying midnight snack.“

“Drive thru. Easy to hear at order board. Girl spoke well and was polite. Pulled around and two cars in front of us. In about 4 minutes, maybe quicker) we paid, and had our order. Order accuracy was 100%. Food was hot and fresh. Staff was professional and friendly. Congrats on a great job. It seems like a majority of food places can't get the order or a customer's change for currency correct any more. Y'all's crew is a nice rarity.“

“In a world of uncertainty and mediocrity for restaurants and service levels, this Arby's has remained consistent across multiple visits. Consistently good food and decent but not mind blowing service. The bar is low in general but they certainly haven't and won't drive me away as other locations and businesses have.

This is a reliable choice for the area that hasn't missed any beats.“

“Love Wendy's one of the best fast food restaurants me and my kids go to Wendy's all the time because the $5 meal you cannot beat it junior bacon cheeseburger nuggets fries and a drink for 5 bucks it's a good meal. Always fresh food services always been fast the one in Harrison and in Lawrenceburg they have a great staff sodas Harrison and it's not fun working in food service I do it as a job but the people working at Wendy's have always been friendly fast and good service. The five-dollar bill by far is the best deal you can get at a fast food restaurant anywhere I challenge you on that“

“Still maintain that this location is clean but the service wasn't as good this time. Now then... Flamethrower Grillburger Cheese Curds Hot Fudge Funnel Cake What Is It: The Flamethrower is a half pound burger topped with fiery Flamethrower sauce, melted pepper jack cheese, jalapeño bacon, lettuce, and tomato (the latter two I had them leave off my sandwich.) Cheese curds are fried cheese bites and the funnel cake comes topped with a scoop of vanilla ice cream and hot fudge. Presentation: The sandwich isn't nearly as appealing as the menu shows and it's not just because I left the veggies off. The other two items look acceptable. 4 out of 10 Taste/ Final Analysis: I'm a big fan of the Flamethrower. Even though visually this wasn't the best the flavours were definitely there. Lot's of spicy goodness to be had here. I recommend getting extra flamethrower sauce for it as that's especially tasty. The cheese curds were run of the mill and really could have used a dipping sauce of some kind. The funnel cake while tasty really didn't remind me of a funnel cake. It was kinda like a below average plain donut topped with a bunch of stuff. Still a sweet dessert but hardly a state fair funnel cake. Some good and mediocre with this meal but at the end of it I'm satisfied. Flamethrower Grillburger: 8 out of 10 Cheese Curds: 4 out of 10 Hot Fudge Funnel Cake: 4.5 out of 10“

Notably, the gasoline prices are more economical, and their Galaxy beverage is exceptional, albeit it is a seasonal offering that is regrettably limited. “Firehouse Subs is one of our favourite sandwich shops that we know of. This particular location is semi new and although we've gotten takeaway from here a few times this was our first time eating inside. It's a very clean restaurant and looked very good. Also the staff was very friendly and the food came out quickly. I tried out their Italian Sub which came with salami, pepperoni, ham, provolone, mayo, deli mustard, and Italian dressing (it also came with onion, lettuce, and tomato all of which I left off.) The meats were all plentiful and delicious here as was all of the toppings. It was as good of an Italian Sub as I've ever had. The prices are more than reasonable and the sandwiches are super delicious. Firehouse gets a big thumbs up from me.“

“Gas has been the cheapest of most of the places nearby. Food is pretty decent. Staff are always nice. My only problem is a lot of times they'll just randomly not have buns available. Don't know if whoevers in charge just doesn't feel like making anything with a bun or are just bad at ordering inventory.“

“I don't generally give reviews of places, but this is a must!! We went in for the advertised gluten free bread, we ordered and my husband requested that the first person change their gloves to eliminate cross contamination, that's when I realized that this was a mine field and started looking for all the requests we would need to make to keep him from getting contaminated. I didn't even have to ask!! They brought the sub out wrapped up, changed gloves, wiped the counter, got a new knife, put the sub on a wrap to transport it down the line, and placed the knife on the wrap as well, second person changed gloves, when he asked for mayo asked if packets were ok since the spreader and mayo were not safe. I want to cry, I am so happy with the care they took, the sensitivities to the hazard that he faces was phenomenal!!!“

“It is March 9 and I went to Arby’s after having a really hard day and also trying to move and they were really nice and sweet. I didn’t realize even what time it was and that they were closing in five minutes. But they were still just as nice. Got my food fresh and just overall were very wholesome. “Another Cincinnati hometown favorite. Our Bridgetown location certainly needs some work. The parking lot is beyond repair and dangerous. There is always food on the floor under the tables. Your not sure if today's meal will be steaming hot or like warm. Some food prep people need hair nets as one employee has long hair that is left hanging loosely as she prepared your food. Certainly has to be a health board issue. Apparently she is the only one not required to secure her locks properly.“
