This place is ridiculous. They hardly put any meat on the sandwiches. They give you the smallest amount of chili for $5. May as well not bother. Not to mention they younger kids are impossible to try and communicate with. How hard is it to understand the difference between a bowl and a cup of chili!? Then sit there and look at me dumb founded instead of giving me what I ordered. I guess at least it taste okay. Overall not worth it. Also they waited till we paid for our fountain...read full review
Good taste ok but portions are a joke 8 inch sandwich was served on a large hot dog bun.$13. Tiny cup of chili maybe 5 spoonfuls $5.50 and they don’t even give you crackers. Prices are high but not that high

I picked up 2 Hook and ladder salads. When I got home both salad bowls only had lettuce and meat. no cheese , tomatoes and other additives. There was fresh lettuce on top of wilted non crisp lettuce. the store was not busy and took over 10 minutes to get my order. I have always been happy with my orders from Firehouse but will not be ordering from it in the future. Highly Disappointed!!!
