I don't know if they've changed their meat but whatever they're doing this is the second Taco Bell with the same meat same flavor it's not a good change I don't understand why fast food joints have to keep messing with the good stuff take the stuff nobody eats and get rid of

This place sucks. Always getting orders wrong (we order from them usually a couple times a month or more) and employees are rude. Dining room is seldom open to address incorrect on likely occasion they happen. Went to try to get a couple items door dash forgot (doesn't work that way - stupid door dash policy, a refund or credit doesn't put food in my stomach in that moment) and was told they couldn't take an order because it was mobile orders and door dash orders only. I ordered through the app and picked up in the drive thru and asked if everything was there and it wasn't. So I had to go inside to get my missing food. Only thing that good out of the whole experience was Jerden's amazing customer service! He gave me my missing food in the matter of minutes and was very polite and positive!
