This is a re iew for an A&W / KFC restaurant. I had a mac 'n' cheese bowl with spicy chicken and cheese curds. The chicken was really good, but the mac 'n' cheese was bland and had an odd flavor. The curds were average. The A&W Root Beer Zero was fantastic as always.
They were out of pot pies and original chicken but offered the crispy which I'm not a huge fan of but I gave it a shot and I thought it was dry and had no flavor I think it sat a while and microwaved when I ordered but I don't know that for sure . I was disappointed

They were out of multiple things on the menu including toppings for burgers. No problem except they didn't tell us until after we paid for and received our order. Also they don't do refunds so we never got the money back for the items we didn't get. Workers seemed like they didn't know what they were doing. Like they weren't really trained. Food was meh at best. I guess I'm spoiled on my regular A&W.
