The woman who is I’m assuming manager here needs to learn how to talk and be respectful to customers. Every time I’ve been at the window with her she is aggressive and rude. I know every one has bad days but customer service is a big part of your job. Do better or find a job where you don’t interact with customers. I wish the people Making the food would just take the time to look at what they are serving. Would you eat a cold dried out fish sandwich with cheese when you ask for no cheese. I like this McDonald's I stop there most mornings and it's always great. But afternoon not so much. Please just pay attention to what you are serving.
My family has gone through the drive thru and ordered door dash a handful of times within the past month or so. We ask for extra breakfast sauce on our bagel sandwiches every time. 4 out of the 5 times they have not provided that extra sauce. I wouldn't be as upset if we weren't charged for it, but we are.
