“My wife and I just had dinner here this evening and enjoyed it very very much. The food was delicious, very fast to our table and generous portions. We dined in and were very comfortable in the booths. It is true that there are boxes of supplies stored in the dining area but that was not off-putting to me. I was too busy enjoying the delightful company of my wife and the delicious Chinese food.”

“I needed a small catering order that I was struggling to place online. Karen, the GM, was very helpful, answered my questions and sought clarification from a fellow GM when she needed more information before proceeding. She was more than happy to ensure we got our catering order on time for our event. When I stopped by the store, she was very pleasant and accommodating. Pickup was a breeze. Staff were nice and helpful.
Only suggestion would be to return to providing individual packets of condiments rather than oz cups with lids as the lid of of one of the oil and vinegar cups came off and resulted in a mess within the brown bag that leaked onto clothing. Otherwise, will order from the Cleves location for events in the future!”

“Staff needs to be trained on state laws. Charges tax on all EBT items which is definitely against State regulations. Only two staff members are extremely friendly and kind. The rest act as though they would prefer not to wait on a customer. They also need trained WELL on how to pull expired products from their shelves. Parking lot is in horrible condition so drive slowly through it when pulling in.”

“This place is charming inside and out for dining. Wednesday gives a special perk of 1/2 price bottles of wine. There are so many items I love, it's a hard choice. Perhaps the most surprising would be the chicken thighs. And at our last visit, we decided to be decadent and ordered the Tousey House specialty coffee with Frangelico, Amaretto, Grand Marnier and Kahlua. This end of dining experience alone is worth the visit! Truly a gem for Northern Kentucky. And if you venture over from Ohio, put it in maps. It's not as far as you think! And the best part is that you feel like you are on vacation out of town for the evening.”

“I knew it would be a cool place when the door knobs were gas pumps. Everything was detailed down to the napkin rings. It lived up to its name for sure. The food was amazing! Our waitress Cozy, I can't say enough about her. She had the best personality, super sweet and when we had decided what we wanted she definitely told us about our choices, like how they are prepared, what they come with and if she had tried them herself. I will definitely be back.”
