“Met a friend that I worked with before my retirement in 2001. Neither of us had been there and we were both very pleased! The atmosphere was very homey and cozy. We relaxed and caught up on each other's lives. The perfect place to catch up over a delicious cup of coffee.”

“West side sports bar that has expanded over the past few years to include a self serve kitchen with normal bar menu flare. Good variety of beers draft and crafts. Couple of dart board and plenty of TVs to watch the games.”

“We love the New York Style pizza!!! We ordered on around 4:30 on Friday the 22nd and the pizza was perfect and hot. We ordered basically a meat pizza. Price was great, service, great and was st our door in 15 min. Yummy sauce. Try the location on North Bend Oh!”

“We are first timers here. HUGE shout-out to our server, Melanie. She was sweet and thoroughly efficient. We never had to ask for refills and she took great care of us. The fried pickles were delicious! I had the brisket street tacos and they were tasty. The fire roasted salsa that accompanied them was very good too. My husband had the Italian flatbread. He enjoyed it, but thought that the bacon was slightly overpowering the rest of the meats . The manager stopped by to welcome us back another time. Their customer service is a model for other establishments.”

“We ate here twice during our trip to the area. We were a group of 9 including 2 children. The kids enjoyed the food as well as all of the adults. This restaurant is fits in between a standard grill and an upscale restaurant. The restaurant was fairly busy both weekday evenings that were there, but we didn’t have to wait for the staff to put together seating for our group. Other than switching up sweet and unsweetened teas we had no issues and they were accommodating for the children’s special requests. We would eat here again if we are in the area. If there have been any issues at all, they have been taken care of right away in a kind and friendly manner. Joe, James, and the other waiting staff are always friendly and helpful and Marley is a darling hostess. Got a TON of food for the price, all of which was beyond excellent (chicken shawarma wrap was HUGE and the falafel appetizer was almost too much...but it was so good, I couldn't stop eating). “The parking lot will tell you all you need to know. It's always packed and if it was bigger even more people would probably come. It is worth the wait though! They offer a rewards program which isn't common with the creamy whips around here so that's a nice added bonus. They are currently running a special where you can take a yard sign and earn a gift card. There are a few food options and the chili is Cincinnati style and delicious. There are a few non dairy options like dole whip and slushies. The best dish I've had here is the Reese Cup parfait. Mine is pictured without whip cream but it comes with it if you like. It has enough flavor without it for me. If you're obsessed with the peanut butter and chocolate combination then you'll love it. Lots of different and unique options for everyone.”

“Literally sooo good. The man working was extremely nice and they have a little touchscreen kiosk to order at. He brought the food to our table and the place was extremely clean, I even saw the employee wiping down the seats with cleaner. The ramen was hot and super good and well priced !! I liked the seaweed salad, I took it and put it into my ramen and warmed it up in the broth”

“Love the patio, food is always great. Our servers are helpful and friendly. I have to eat gluten free and they are always careful with my food and check on anything we aren't sure about. We eat here a few times each month.Just a suggestion, consider adding lettuce wraps for the burgers, check out how 5 Guys or Red Robin do it. Also, if you have two fry baths, maybe keep one for fries only.Dietary restrictions: I eat gluten free, I generally get one of the salads with grilled protein and no croutons. They have house made dressings. I don't know if I would be comfortable eating here if I had celiacs, but my sensitivity (my joints and eyes swell when I have gluten) doesn't flare up when I eat here.Parking: Free public parking lot is across the street behind the Burlington administration building.”

“Food was just OK. They mix 3 type of fries (straight, curly, and waffle) and call them undecided fries. The fries were not hot and fresh, they were a bit old. The chicken in the chicken tacos was so dry. Didn't care for the Chicken tacos because it was just dry chicken strips with cold chopped deli style slaw like KFC. It made the taco cold, wet, and sloppy. That may be more my preference as opposed to what other people like. I changed from 3 stars to 4 because Proof reached out to me and we very considerate.”
